This was a very adequate VRBO. We needed two beds and they were comfortable. The living room bed needed some lift to keep it level but it worked. The hot water in the shower was very touchy and on the last day we couldn't get any hot water. Keep in mind in Europe a third floor is really a 4th floor to us in the US. Our legs got a lot stronger by the time we left. It's a great little neighborhood. 2 blocks from the Arno River. It is beautiful at night. Frequented a local establishment for breakfast on the same block. Eggs benedict was great. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute walk from the city center. If you like to walk, Florence is doable by foot. Beautiful city and very sufficient property. I would recommend as long as you know it's a hike up to the 4th floor.
