Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.”

“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back.”
