We were able to enjoy meals on the outside patio as well. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owner was great as well. We had some questions and she responded quickly. The owners were truly the best—friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. “Very convenient to all things to do in and around Clermont. Property is unique in that it on a small farm with a goat, pig, chickens and ducks. It sits on a pond and the views are very pretty. It is dog friendly as long as you keep them on a leash. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property for a different type of getaway. The only thing is would be nice if there were some chairs and a small table down by the pond. Communication with the hose I would rate excellent.”

“The property has a cottage feel to it. It was great for what we needed given the closeness to my family and it did have quite a few amenities we appreciated like the full kitchen. I would highly encourage you to bring your own pillow if you can. Most seem older and very very flat. I don’t know if we could have done a longer stay given the mattresses on the beds weren’t very supportive. The internet is also kind of slow and our Verizon cell service was spotty. “Rental was in a great place, felt safe. Little disappointed with two of the bedrooms. One was actually a master bedroom closet very small, could barely walk in it. The other bedroom was very small and hot with no fan. We went to Walmart and bought a fan. All of the other bedrooms and common rooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The closed in porch was an added bonus. The two little ones we had with us had fun playing on the porch. ”
