  • Esta hermosa casa frente a la playa cuenta con 6 dormitorios y 7 baños. Se encuentra en el mejor tramo de playa conocido como "The Washout" en Folly Beach. La casa tiene muchas características únicas que incluyen una cocina muy grande y un comedor. Cuenta con un bar cabaña en la planta baja y numerosas áreas de entretenimiento al aire libre. La casa está directamente cruzando la calle desde la playa y tiene amplias vistas a la playa desde la sala de estar y el gran porche delantero. Easy beach access. Great porch. Very spacious and bright. WiFi was difficult for 12 people connections. Overall a great stay and we will be back!!

Our family had a great week at the house. We had 10 people, including 4 kids and my 98 y/o grandmother. The access to the beach was perfect. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of of towels for all the playing at the beach. Matt was very responsive. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Great house to stay in with our group. Was fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, beautiful view from front porch. Host was super helpful when we needed him 10/10 recommend this house!

House was beautiful with plenty of space. The porch with rockers had a perfect view of the beach. Beach access was literally across the street. All three generations of our group said they would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay!! Great host who let us check in earlier in the day, the place was incredibly clean, and turned out to be even better than the pictures. We loved it!

This house is in a great location on Folly Beach. The front porch had a line of rocking chairs where you can enjoy a spectacular ocean view. The kitchen area was massive and perfect for our whole family. Before our arrival I had messaged the owner a few times and he was quick to respond. Thank you for providing such a gorgeous place for our family to get together.
Kids enjoyed some of the games provided at the house.
We were all able to eat meals together.

Perfect home for our family of ten! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom - there were plenty of towels, both bath and beach and extra pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view unbeatable! Literally walk across the street lay on the beach. We loved it and would definitely return! Host was very responsive, although we did not need much because everything was covered!We grilled one night in the outdoor bar area on the lower level and was so fun.

The house is beautiful and well laid-out. The large porch with rocking chairs is wonderful. Having covered stairs down to the parking area was a bonus. The large area under the house with the grill and bar was great.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location was perfect — close to downtown, yet peaceful with incredible ocean views. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch each morning and evening admiring the ocean and surfers.The home itself was spacious and very well set up for groups, with a great covered outdoor area and plenty of indoor space to spread out and relax. A huge bonus was that five of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, which made the stay so comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked with ample supplies for cooking and entertaining.Matt was a fantastic host — very accommodating, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place by the ocean!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 10. The downstairs area and additional fridge and ice maker were very convenient. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Awesome house for a family beach trip

We were here with 4 families for a family and friends reunion and beach trip. Our stay was fantastic and we just loved the house and its location at Folly Beach. Would definitely come again with this group!
