Property was managed so well by Carolina One and we felt not only were they flexible with us when they could be (early check in with two senior dogs) but responsive when the code stopped working. They handled the cleaning and set up of the property and it was extremely clean. We loved the location (although it should be noted it is in a very active spot on a corner with lots of walking and driving traffic ). Since it was winter and windows were closed we could not hear any noise at night, but I can't say how it would be in the summer. The screened in porch was great and we used it daily. It was great being diagonal from Chio Feo for relaxed live music in the evening, and the proximity to Bert's was wonderful for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The only thing that differed from photos and listing was in the winter the landscaping is sparse, and with loose dirt and dust, which means if you have dogs or children it can be and a challenge not to bring dirt into the house. But that was minor overall, and pavers and paths were helpful. As was the outside shower for sand.We LOVED the fenced in yard, the provided waste bags for convenience and that it was dog friendly for our pups. Folly is in general a welcoming community and we loved our time here.
