Really great property! Unique home super close to beach access, with private yard, beautiful indigenous landscaping and plenty of parking. We had a wonderful time! Nice floor plan for entertaining and being together, very comfortable for a group of 8. Spacious primary bedroom on main with huge closet and bathroom. Nicely appointed with unique, boho chic furniture and art. Large eat in kitchen with center island works well for several cooks working on dinners together and nice table for game nights… Bonus: the fenced yard and screened porch was great for our dog, and dipping pool perfect for cooling off on hot summer nights!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at on Folly Beach. This home has everything you need and more. Plenty of space inside and outside for folks of all ages. The plunge pool was a great place to relax as well. It’s far enough away from Center Street to have some quiet time and the beach access is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Fantastic stay at Folly Beach! Accommodated 2 families & a dog perfectly. Fenced in yard huge bonus for the dog & littles. Pool was great to cool off in after the beach. Great location to get downtown. We rented a golf cart to use and didn’t have to get into our vehicle once.

Folly Family Friendly Fun Stay!

We are local but wanted to have an easy, breezy get away with our daughter and 3 grand kids. Folly Island met that goal. The house has a nice shaded yard with a tall privacy fence around the entire property. This made it safe for the kids and the dogs we took with us. The little pool was an added bonus, however it does not have a fence or barricade around it so watching the kids closely was a must! The interior of the home was comfortable and had a beachy Boho vibe which suited the island perfectly. The beach was a very short walk and so nice. All in all, it was a restful, fun staycation.

Thanksgiving gathering

This home has plenty of room for a family of six. The kitchen was well equipped as we had our Thanksgiving dinner here. Beds comfortable. The only negative is the bathrooms need more towel racks for hand and body towels. The gas fire pit was out of gas. We spent $35 for a new tank. The majority of the outdoor ambient party lights were out.

Beautiful House

Enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. The house was clean and provided our group of 3 couples the common spaces we were looking for. The screen porch did notdisappoint. Just a couple things to keep in mind when renting this house… you will need to bring/ buy seasonings, foil etc for the kitchen. Listing stated that there was an iron& board which they delivered about an hour after we called asking it’s location. Very prompt response! Weirdly there weren’t any clothes hangers in any of the closets…we purchased some cheap ones from Walmart. Loved the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
