Wonderful Folly Beach Stay!We had an amazing weekend here — spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach! The pet-friendly policy made it an easy choice for us, and our dogs loved it too. We appreciated the garage that fit 3 cars, plenty of trash cans, and two screened porches that were perfect for relaxing. Great communication from the host and an overall fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Loved this property. A lot of steps but everything was clean and open with beautiful bed rooms. Close enough to the beach to walk and far enough away to be quiet. (Even saw a fawn in the back yard). Completely recommend and will be back!

Nice house, great location. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen didn’t have as much as I would have liked in the way of spoons, mixing bowls (1), pans and a couple of things were broken like the ice maker. Also property wasn’t as clean as I would have expected (floors, countertops, decks) but the property management was great and very responsive. Overall still a great stay.

Great location!

Loved the location, within a short walking distance to the beach, and all the fun Folly shops and restaurants . 5 minutes from the townhouse you’ll find the Lost Dog cafe, they have the best blueberry muffins and iced Mocha’s!We addressed a few maintenance issues with the owners and they responded quickly and to our satisfaction. Comfortable beds and nice layout. We will stay again!

Perfect stay for our family

Not only was our stay comfortable and clean, it was surrounded some great people and a short walk to the beach. We got to do sunrise walks on the beach every morning. My kiddos had the best time in this house.

Excellent accommodations and prime location

Our party was comprised of 3 couples, all over 60. I had chosen this property both for location and the 3 bed/3 bath accommodations. Everything was great. The other couples even complimented me on the choice. The garage fit 2 cars and a golf cart perfectly. Bedrooms and baths were spacious, nicely separate, and well stocked. All areas in Folly were within walking distance

Great Place

Overall a great house to stay in. Check-in was easy. Not a big to do list before checking out. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash! Walking distance to some great restaurants. We walked to the beach as well. beds were comfy, and rooms were big to have an air mattress for the kids. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the bunk room. The top bunks didn't have rails. Well they did, but the mattresses are higher than the rails. Plus they squeak really bad.

Family vacation

Great time spent at this Folly Beach home. Perfect layout for our group, it even had a huge closet that doubled as a perfect quiet place for the babies pack and play. So appreciative that this home was dog friendly! Location was great! Short walk to the beach and downtown. Hope to be back again.

The condo was clean, but little rough. Poor drainage in tubs, broken toilet in master bathroom. Ice maker did not work and no directions on how to work tvs. Assumed it had been a long summer rental season and hope things will be repaired and upgraded.

Our stay in Charleston!

This property was absolutely great! We had a group of twelve and fit perfectly in the home! The place was clean, looked nicely put together, and set up very cozy. We enjoyed our short stay :) Some minor things could have been better for the price we paid. Such as the the drains not draining well making showers tricky, the fan light in one room not working safely so we were unable to use it making the room hot at night, the sofa bed had a big gap on the top making it unsecured for two people to sleep on. Other than these, our stay was fantastic and I recommend! :) The hosts were great at communicating and were very sweet and welcoming ^^

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. Great property. Listing makes it seem like the sleeper sofa is in the room with the king bed but it is in the living room. Room w king bed has a massive walk in closet that can easily fit a queen air mattress. Room with queen bed also has a ton of room for a queen air mattress. King room and queen rooms are upstairs Room w bunkbeds on main floor near kitchen. Would def recommend this property!

This property was perfect for what we needed, we were able to sleep 9 girls comfortably and it was for the most part very clean. Our only complaint was that when we arrived the floor was still very dirty. After walking around awhile our feet turned black from the kitchen/living room floor and the upstairs guest bathroom tub was not draining properly. Not things that would keep us away but small things that would have increased the joy of our stay. Neighborhood was safe and quiet and SO easy to get to anything there on Folly beach!
