Three bedroom and three bathrooms was perfect for our girlfriend get away. The view was amazing!!! This was the cleanest property I have rented. A very enjoyable week at the beach.

Folly Beach is our local get away. Ocean Front Villas is convenient and easy access for a quick couple days away from the office.

This condo was peaceful, clean, and perfectly located for a long weekend with friends. The balcony at high tide is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean view.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location. Couldn’t be better. But THIS villa # 120 we stayed at this time was exceptional. Very clean well stocked and beautifully decorated. Kitchen stocked and even balcony furniture was comfortable and new. Good location to pool and beach access. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.

Mother’s Day

What a beautiful, clean, cozy, oceanfront condo to spend an awesome Mother’s Day weekend with my adult kids. The beds were comfortable, linens were nice and well stocked and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was huge with multiple seating options for the best views of the shore. We saw dolphins every day which was a treat. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was impeccable! So clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Right on the beach, with pool access and plenty of dining options close by. The building is showing a bit of wear but we could see there was active construction happening on another section of it so clearly that’s being addressed. Management sent multiple messages prior to and after checking to ensure we were comfortable and had all the info we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

First time at Folly Beach.

The condo was great, very well appointed and great view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shady most of the day. Very central to all the restaurants and walkable to many. The only issue we encountered was the elevator was down for the week- it made for a harder time unloading and loading our car at arrival and departure. Overall we had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

Great Location!

We absolutely loved the location and close proximity to the beach, as well as downtown and the shops/restaurants. The inside of the property is very nice, but definitely aging. One of the doors to the patio was broken and completely unusable (which also caused warm outside air to come in and made sleeping difficult at points), and during our stay, trying to get the other door off the living room open was quite difficult. We understand that it was an older property, and the beach location and being right on the water was 100% absolutely worth it! We were already searching for when we could return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Spring break

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway. Excellent view of the ocean. It was so close we felt like we were on a boat. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Driving into Charleston was a quick drive. We had plenty of space to stretch out. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip even with the weather not being too cooperative. The only complaint I have is that the hot water kept going out so if we didn’t shower first, the shower was going to be a cold one! I thought it was fixed after brining it to the attention of the owner but it wasn’t. Hoping it’s fixed for the next guests.

Folly Fun

Great location, within walking distance to all fun. Open the gate and on the beach. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and comfy beds. Now , we didn’t have heat for 3 days until thermostat was replaced only one blanket should be one for each bedroom, missing lightbulbs, tvs weren’t good. Upon arrival, we didn’t have any gate key fobs, manger had to bring one. Ceiling in the covered parking lot kept dropping white insulation on our car. We enjoyed the flip flop drop and polar bear lunge.

Unreasonable owner

My friends and I are very disappointed in how unreasonable the owner of this property was. Even though we could not come because of Hurricane Ian and contacted the owner immediately they would not allow us to cancel. This means we got charged when we could not be there for reasons beyond our control which seemed very unreasonable.

Beautiful view

This condo is close to beach and has a gorgeous view. Several things need to be updated. The two queen beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, along with the outdated tv’s. The dryer also needs to be replaced. The condo seemed clean upon arrival, but when we walked in it with bare feet our feet were black. One of the bedrooms only had a fitted sheet on it. No top sheet. I tried from the first night there to get a sheet delivered, but it never came, and we were there for a week. Vacasa would only text and even with multiple daily texts this issue was not resolved. This was my first time booking with Vacasa and I will not do it again.

We had an awesome time! The location was great. It was nice to have the check in to see all was going ok. i know we had one toilet not working right and was going to address it! Very Attentive.

Beautiful Place

The rooms were clean, and great view of the beach. Easy access to town and nice balcony space. If in the area again we will definitely stay here!
