Descansa, relájate y refréscate en nuestra casa recientemente renovada ubicada en 920 East Ashley (también conocida como "Sandy Bottoms"), donde puedes "alejarte de todo" y llevar a todos contigo.

Esta es una espaciosa casa de vacaciones que es un hallazgo raro en Folly. ¡Puedes tener lo mejor de los dos mundos! Esta casa ofrece un amplio espacio para acomodar grandes reuniones, pero es lo suficientemente acogedora para aquellos que desean capturar un momento de tranquilidad.

Nuestra casa de vacaciones está a solo 200 pasos de la playa ya 9 cuadras cortas de la calle Center. Ya sea que prefiera relajarse en la playa, surfear en el "lavado" (que está a solo cinco cuadras de distancia), o se sienta atraído por el ajetreo y el bullicio de Center Street, cuando termine su día, puede retirarse a la paz y tranquilidad de su oasis de vacaciones que cuenta con una gran sala de generosas dimensiones con grandes televisores SMART de pantalla plana, 5 habitaciones con 7 colchones de espuma viscoelástica de tamaño queen y una litera y ropa de cama. Tenemos 4 baños completos, 3 arriba y uno abajo.
La planta baja tiene una sala de juegos 1300 SQF. TV de 50 pulgadas, mesa de póker (traiga sus propias fichas), mesa de ping pong, hockey de aire, futbolín y una pequeña cocina con el cuarto baño completo en este piso.

Si el clima no coopera ... no te preocupes ... todavía te divertirás pasando el rato en el porche cubierto con ventilador o en el área de estar al aire libre cubierta de 700 pies cuadrados. Disfrute de su taza de café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche en una de las dos cubiertas de madera que dan a un hermoso patio ajardinado. Las áreas de estacionamiento en el lugar ofrecen estacionamiento conveniente para al menos 6 vehículos.

This home was absolutely perfect. It offered plenty of space, was beautifully maintained, and created the ideal setting for a memorable stay. From the moment we considered booking, the owners were responsive, helpful, and attentive providing peace of mind well before our arrival and continuing throughout our vacation.The location was unbeatable, with the beach literally just across the street. Even my elderly, disabled father was able to comfortably walk over and join us for beach time. The screened-in porch, complete with ceiling fans, allowed us to relax outdoors without worrying about bugs, and the spacious yard was perfect for lawn games and socializing without ever feeling crowded.Parking was another standout feature ample on-site space was especially appreciated. Inside, the large dining table served as a great hub for meals and family game nights. The bedrooms were generously sized, and most beds felt new and very comfortable. The multiple refrigerator/freezer units throughout the house were an unexpected and much-appreciated convenience. I also loved the thoughtful touches there was a wide selection of games for all age groups already at the house. And the outdoor shower made post-beach clean-up a breeze before heading indoors.I could go on about how ideal this home was for our family. It truly made for a perfect vacation, and the owners went out of their way to make sure we felt well every step of the way. A 10/10 experience. I highly recommended!

Our family gathered at Sandy Bottoms on Folly Beach the week of 4/13 - 4/20. The home is in the perfect location. Situated two rows off the beach, it’s mere steps from the beach. The home is located far enough from the center of town that it is quiet and not congested, but it’s close enough to the shops and restaurants. My entire family had great fun, and we’re grateful for being able to stay there.

Our family came to Charleston for a wedding. We loved the location! It was close enough to restaurants to ride bikes and we didn’t have to deal with the crowds. The house was just a short walk to the beach and there also were not as many people there. The house worked great for the amount of people we had.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our large group of friends on Folly Beach. Close to the water, walking distance to downtown, and a nice clean and organized space. Great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend if you have the opportunity to book this place not hesitate.

The house is as described. We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 10 adults, 2 kids and a toddler that were there on and off during pur stay. It is very close to the beach and we had fun looking for shells and playing in the waves. The kids loved playing in the screened in porch. We would definitlely stay again!

Sometimes it's worth going back to the same place. It'd been four years since I'd visited this house and my return trip was just as precious. The location is exceptional--quiet, a block off the steps to the beach, plenty of parking. I love that the game room is downstairs and not connected to the house; the young adults love it. The owners are responsive and kind. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the room to spread out and the ability to be together. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The location was very good. The accomodations were fine for our group. The beds were just okay. Polyester sheets made sleeping difficult in the humid heat. Hosts should have upgraded (for a relatively small investment) to cotton. Communication with hosts was an unnecessary challenge. We concluded that they expected us to check VRBO regularly for communication instead of our regular email ??? Lower level was inconvenient for us.

Our son was married on Folly Beach. The Playhouse was the perfect set up with many bedrooms and tons of common space including a lower level that was used for family games! The location was very close to the beautiful beach. We grilled out on the lower level and there was ample parking for our family. The host was very chill and easy to get a hold of. The home had a ton of space and was very clean. The location was PRIME for a beach vacay. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well priced and I would definitely recommend for a family friendly trip to Folly.

We had a wonderful stay - and you all were very accommodating and efficient when we had any questions. We were close to the beach - which was exactly as posted on the sight. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed to cook for a crowd. Thanks so much!!!

Loved the location and house. Beds were comfortable and lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Ceiling fans in every room! Washer and dryer worked great! Extra fridge came in very handy! Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms! The rooms are spacious with comfortable seating and beds. Huge table for the 8 of us to enjoy meals together and play games. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Super close to the beach too! Game room was a nice bonus for evening activities! Only suggestions for owner would be to change linens from microfiber to cotton for more breathable comfort, and to upgrade and provide more bath and hand towels. Owners were super nice and responsive. Overall would recommend, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

A huge disappointment for the exorbitant price property owners charged.in my previous VRBO stays customer is first i felt owners figured out a way to pay for their vacation home not many amenities 2 towels per guest so for a week stay lots of laundry lower game room was unusable because of moldy smell beds just a little better than futons bad smell in middle batroom .needs lots of upgrades to justify price charged.The only thing it was close to beach.

We enjoyed everything about this home and its location! Easy quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend) for ventures into town or just cruising to the parks or around. Lots and lots of room in the home to either be close to family or spread out enjoying the many options of porches and outdoor sitting areas. The game room was an added bonus for all of us when we were taking a break from the beach or the lovely southern humidity:) The owners are very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend this place! Thanks for opening up your home and allowing my family to be together for a week.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The AC went out on the first night but was fixed by the following morning. Beds are decent. Very well equipped house and lots of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Location is fantastic! Didn’t care for the 72 cap on AC but we got it ok’d to turn it down at night. 72 is fine during the day but at night it was stuffy. It all worked out.

The main house was spacious and clean. The linens were nicely prepared. The kitchen was well supplied with all we needed for the stay except the food and drinks of course. We didn’t really use the game room downstairs because it was dusty and air was stale and not directly connected to the main house. We had to go outside to entered the game room area. One thing though, perhaps since it was an early spring booking and the AC had not yet been maintained and serviced, the main AC system did not work well. Good thing the one in the master bedroom was working fine so I slept well. My friends had to endure the warm temperatures at night. We were out most of the day and we can cool ourselves with ice cold drinks in the evening. That reminded me, the ice maker in the fridge was also not working well.

Nice, well maintained property. Manager was accessible and capable. We had 10 and it was roomy enough for all get together on the porch, in the kitchen/dining area or in the living room at the same time. Beds were comfortable. Fun times in main living space. May have been the time of year, but the downstairs gaming area was not a magnet, a bit musty. Nice equipment, just too musty. Will stay again if similar circumstances bring us back. Thank you! Nice property!
