Spacious condo across from the beach

This condo was very spacious with 3bd and 3 bath. It is conveniently located in very quick walking distance of beach and main restaurant/shops. It does have several designated parking spots which is great as the areas nearby parking get full. Overall good spot to stay.

Great location

This was such a great condo. The location was perfect! We could walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier! The beach access was right across the street. Highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

My husband, daughter and I had a relaxing weekend at Folly Beach. The property was very clean, with everything we needed. It was close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great location

We had 5 ladies in this spacious condo and it was just perfect. Loved being across the street from the beach (you do get a bit of an ocean view from the balcony) and easy walking to bars/restaurants. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-stocked. I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

Condo on Folly Beach

Very conveniently located for all things Folly. We started our stay on Sunday. Very quiet until Friday. Great if you are into night life. Info re: condo did not mention elevator. We found it at end of our trip.

Spacious unit

This three bedroom unit had plenty of space to allow us to host our adult children for Christmas dinner. There was ample seating and a table to seat six. The beds were comfy and the unit was very clean.We had a little challenge finding our parking space which was accessible from Ashley Drive even though the address says Arctic.

Nice enough

Good location. However the boarded up window in the double bedroom was pretty bad. Beds were comfortable but small (double beds are too small for two adults)

Great condo on Folly Beach . Excellent location! Right by beach access and close to Center Street

Very easy to book this condo. Good communication with VACASA. Only negative was the kitchen “supplies” Not enough glassware , pots , pans and utensils. Also the bedrooms could have used some dressers . That said it was a lovely condo and we so enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

Loved this place. It was a quick walk to the beach. Not sure why we even got a rental car. We walked everywhere. The size of the condo was perfect and the price was right. There were a couple things that needed fixing before we even checked in but Vacasa was great communicating with us and making arrangements to get it fixed quickly. I will add that the things that needed fixing were nothing that affected us. Will be back for sure!

Downtown

Great location. Convenient access to the beach and downtown Folly Beach. Apartment was nice but could use a review of the pits and pans in the kitchen. Many sharp knives. Someone needs to check the handle on the faucet of the kitchen sink. It is on upside down. Nice place, just needs a couple tweaks.

Time at Folly Beach

The condo was nice and clean, and the living and dining area were nicely furnished. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bedrooms had no storage space for clothing other than the closets. One nice, roomy bathroom had no towel racks except a ring for a hand towel. It concerned us that the lights flickered or dimmed briefly. One chair has a screw point sticking out and I caught my leg on it making a bloody red streak. I covered the end of the screw with a Band-Aid. (The injury is healing nicely.) We enjoyed our time there.

Great Location - Unit needs updating

Although this is a great location I wouldn't rent this unit (B102) again. The hall bathroom had some mold by the tub which caused allergies to some of us. The kitchen was not very well equipped with old dishes and pans that you could not cook a family meal. There was a cable mess on the floor and despite that, the tv reception was blurry and too small. There was a note on the AC to keep the air at or above 73 degrees. There was not a dresser for clothes in either of the bedrooms except for a small one in the master. The master should have a king bed, not two "full beds" which you could tell were old. The comforters were thin, stained and not very nice. Couches are stained. As a previous renter of my own beach unit in the past, it's the details that matter.

Overpriced for Amenities & Condition

Cons:Only one TV in 3 bedroom condo, no dressers, chest of drawers, or luggage rack for clothes (live out of suitcases all week), what looked like black mold along baseboard of queen bedroom tub, filthy a/c registers, broken or very cheap kitchenware and small appliances (not even an electric can opener that works), what used to be ocean view master bedroom has been converted to 2 double beds, so the kids got the garden tub, large vanity, 2 closets and huge bathroom while we got a room not much bigger than their closets. Very old plumbing fixtures, toilet in queen bathroom was sitting at a slant to the tub?,had a huge leak from one of the bedroom windows during a storm in the double bedroom , called property manager the next day, but no one ever came. Asked for extra wash clothes the first day but never received them either. Pros:Great location, across the street from public beach access and one block from Center Street, but price needs to reflect the quality of the unit
