Cute house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach was short and great for walking the dogs. Also just a short walk to all the restaurants on Center St. We would definitely stay here again.

Just wrapped up our second stay at this wonderful VRBO, and it was every bit as perfect as we remembered. The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is easy, and with fewer crowds this time of year, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean.We especially loved spending time on the screened-in porch. It was peaceful, breezy, and a favorite spot for both us and our dogs. It’s such a gift to find a place that feels effortless, and the host truly makes everything so easy from start to finish.Already looking forward to our next visit. We’ll definitely be staying here again

Excellent stay. Great communication with the host. The home was clean, comfortable and just one block from the 5 East beach access. After putting up a temp. baricade to the back corner of the house, the yard became completely enclosed for our small dogs to roam off leash. The outdoor shower was a plus, and we enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Close too Beach

This is our second stay here. It is perfect for us. It is clean, well maintained and central to everything. You can walk to town and the beach easily. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place.

Good Times in Folly Beach

We had an excellent time at this Folly Beach Property. The location was great; walking distance to beach and main drag. The property was exactly as described. Everything was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch.

Beach trip

Had a great time in upstairs rental. It was light with all the windows and enjoyed the large screened in porch daily for coffee, cocktails and games in the evening. Great location, short walk to beach but far enough away from action.

Location, location, location. 3-minute walk to the beach. Wonderful 2nd floor with tons of windows. Close to Bert’s and Center Street. Highly recommend. Great, open air with an amazing porch! Management was flexible and easy to communicate with. Would definitely go back!!!

This was the best place to stay for my family on our beach vacation this year. The house was within walking distance to the beach and super clean! The owners even let us use their umbrella and beach chairs and toys for our daughter! It's a beautiful house and we really appreciated how family-friendly this house was. Thank you!

Comfy & Cozy

My wife and I took enjoyed four nights at the house. We brought our two dogs who had a blast as well. The house is a quick walk from the beach and dining so there were a few days where we didn't need the car. The house was well stocked and very clean. We'll definitely be back.

We went for a low key bachelorette party weekend. It was exactly as described. Parking was great in the back. The living space is massive with a ton of windows and natural light. Highly recommend.

A wonderful week

Check in was easy. It was spacious, clean and bright from the many windows. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker and a Keurig, which I found as a nice touch. It was a short walk to the beach which had warm and calm water to swim in. I mention this because we stayed in Outer Banks, NC three different summers and the water was rough and had extreme winds everday. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which was fantastic for returning from a day at the beach.Kevin, the host, was thoughtful and available at anytime if needed. We would highly recommend this place and plan on returning. Rebecca

Big airy treehouse

Staying at Seaside Folly was like being in a big, airy treehouse! The porch is huge, and surrounded by trees, and the common area is VERY spacious. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with new-looking appliances, dinnerware and cook wear. Everything you could possibly need. My bed squeaked but it was comfy anyway. 2-3 minute walk to the beach - perfect!
