The screened porch can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom, providing a great place to gather with your friends and start planning tomorrow's adventures. Grab your towel, sunscreen, and put on your best swimming suit before heading to the community pool for a good, refreshing swim.



    What's nearby:

    The heart of Folly Beach is one mile away where you can find plenty of shops, bars, and great local restaurants such as Snapper Jacks, Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, and more. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. If you wish to explore the waters near Charleston and Folly Beach, book a tour at Reel Time Charters. Folly River Park (0.8 miles) is a relaxed and laidback area of the town that offers a peaceful atmosphere. Here you can take in the views of the marsh and the river, sit down and have a memorable picnic and play.

Great condo in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the bridge to Folly Beach and absolutely loved the screen in porch. The hosts were also very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful view and excellent location. The place was clean and spacious and comfortable. Easy access to Folly as well as ample parking. The price was reasonable and communication with the host was also excellent. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

Folly!!!

The house was great! We all had a great time and you can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to central street.

Folly Beach Confo

Easy communication with Vacasa/VRBO. The layout was perfect for our group of four. Loved the screened in porch in the back. Kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, etc. A wonderful place to stay.

Quick Beach Getaway

Our family wanted a quick weekend beach getaway. The location was perfect. We were very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were able to get some quiet down time in the screened in porch. Perfect for our family!!

Worked Well

Was convenient. Great having 3 bedrooms each with a bath. Overall the only comment I would have is that the condo could use a sprucing up.

Cooper River Bridge Run

5 women stayed for the weekend. Property was very clean, good location and views were amazing. Just one mile over the bridge to town of Folly. Only suggestions I have is to nave an extra set of sheets and LED bulbs in lamps and ceiling fans.

The key code on the door handle did not work, I think the lock was dysfunctional as there had been a power outage. Once we finally reached someone, the second code also did not work. At last they had a back up key lock box that allowed us to get a physical door key and we used that key all week. It was stressful for the first 45 minutes until we could get into the location.In general it was clean, comfortable, had all the listed amenities, great kitchen with fully stocked pans, utensils and dishes. Quiet location and very relaxing. We could see dolphins frolicking in the river.There were some minor annoyances; the twins beds did not have mattress protectors which just felt wrong, The inner shower curtain near the twin bedroom was so long that it was actually a hazard for slipping as it draped into the tub. I think it is an annoyance to have to leave the property to go get the parking passes for the cars; they should leave the passes in the condo for the guests. Overall am happy with our stay and would stay there again. Thanks, Allison

50 Trips Around the Sun

The property is easy to locate. Getting out of the parking lot in the opposite direction of the beach is challenging with the incoming traffic. It’s an easy walk to town, but about a $45 Uber into Charlestown proper. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened-in balcony & watching the tide come in & go out.

View and location are great. TVs had low quality picture. Bugs required spraying. Furniture and decor is a bit tired.

It was good

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well kept. Had some minor issues with lights that wouldnt work ( we figured out they were either unplugged or the light bulbs needed to be tightened) also found the shower door in the master bath to be fragile. The location was great. Close to the beach and the pier and several good restaurants in walking distance. Liked to never figured out where we were supposed to park. That could have been explained a little better. I would definitely stay yhere again.

Great Condo in Folly

We stayed for two nights Nov 5-6, 2021. It was no frills, but met our needs adequately. Cleanliness was sub par, as the white bathroom grout was black, and the floors and countertops needed a few repairs. Overall, I was expecting something special since I did mention that it was a birthday trip. We didn’t even have a trash can in the kitchen. I should rate it a three, but honestly, we were comfortable and it was quiet.

Debby Storm Flooding and who the heck is vacasa?

I booked VRBO but got the run around by vacasa. We had to evacuate due to Debby and could only stay 1 night out of the three I paid for. Apparently, I get no money back. VRBO, if I had wanted to book through vacasa, I would have gone with them. Everyone I spoke to during the huge flooding/evacuation said vacasa was HORRIBLE to work with. I can no longer trust VRBO.
