While the lower level has an open style family room and flat screen TV, upper level contains the kitchen, cozy living room area, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms. Take the artistic winding staircase to the upper loft which offers another bedroom. This three bedroom, two bath condo is sure to provide the relaxation you are seeking.

*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.

*Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest.

*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license to operate.

*Fireplace in living room is non functional

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

*Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party.

*Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee.
