“Property was very clean and tidy, with kitchen all in good working order. Hosts quick to reply to any queries, and the property/local area handbook very helpful. Games room and hot tub were great for any down time at the house, and only a 10-15 min drive down to the centre of Brighton.”

“A gorgeous ancient (C16th?) house in a peaceful hamlet with lovely new floors/bathrooms etc. The weather was hot so our favourite thing was the big wooden table and comfortable chairs outside under a beautiful grapevine, felt like being in the South of France!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were 4 of us 40-50 year olds and it was spot on for our little break. The area couldn't be more perfect for the seafront, shops and pubs. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean. Exactly what we needed and for the cost was good value for money. Not exactly luxurious but very comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The pub across the road is a definite bonus, lovely people. Owner kept in contact and gave clear checking in...

“This was probably the best place we stayed on our trip around the UK. It was clean, convenient and commodious. The owners who live in the main house were so incredibly accommodating. One actually drove to the train station ahead of us so we would know where to go! I can’t recommend this place highly enough!”
