“My family stayed here during graduation week, and it was perfect. We parked the car in the private space and walked everywhere throughout town. The open concept main floor was ideal for our meals and evening cocktails, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The owner was easy to contact, and very responsive to the one inquiry we had during our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t discover this home before our daughter graduated!”

“Property was mostly as advertised. Check in process was easy and property had all the very basics (e.g., hand soap, washing liquid, new sponge). Could do with a deep clean (quite a bit of dust in the nooks and crannies). Parking spot is very narrow and requires a bit of skill to reverse into. Would be difficult for anything larger than a compact car (and for drivers not accustomed to having the driver’s seat on the right hand side). There was quite a bit of noise from the major roadway passing...

“From the owner to the location, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house was well equipped and the owner went above and beyond to throw in some extras. He made our 3 year delay worth it. Fantastic pubs, within feet of property and downtown St. Andrews an easy 5 minute walk. Carrying the golf clubs to the first tee was about the best experience you can have as a golfer. Cheers!!”

“Lovely and quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores. Bus stop is close but we usually walked into the heart of the town for sightseeing and errands. I was with my son starting at university. We took a taxi to the residence hall on the day he moved in.”
