“Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days.”

“A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

“Great spot, excellent communication and service”

“The apartment was great for our family. We have 2 kids under 10yo. It was a comfortable stay for all of us, the location was excellent - very close to the Supamart, cafes and restaurants and was quiet; didn't hear neighbours, in a quiet suburb. We had a great stay!”

“A perfect stay for us.”

“The apartment is very well located. It is not easy to find as the official address is one one street but the entrance to the Apartment is on a different street. I needed to carefully look at the supplied video to find it. There were only two forks and knives in the kitchen, and some cleaning materials left on the verandah. The toilet seat in Bathroom two was broken.Otherwise it met all our requirements.”
