“The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...

“The apartment was wonderful but the collections and return of the keys spoilt our stay. My sister and l have been travelling the world over the past 12 years staying in apartments but have never had to return a key and take a photo to prove the return. If you could just leave the key in the apartment we would recommend you to all our friends. ”

“A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

“We loved this Stay, perfect place for bars and restaurants only 200mtrs away, water everywhere, cycling and walking routes at your door step. Unit was clean, perfectly appointed and quiet. Definitely staying next time we are in Canberra. ”

“Communication through email and SMS made it tricky to keep up. The black colour made the space seem small Curtains need to be double in width to keep the light out. The unit was clean but wipe marks were present on mirror, cupboards and benches. Not keen on the key system.”
