We are always pleased when our guests enjoy their stay as this guest did. We understand that the time our guests spend with family and friends on vacation is precious to them, so we try to provide the best vacation experience possible. I communicated with this guest several times during their stay and received positive feedback. We try to accommodate requests for early check ins or late check outs, when it is possible. I explained to this guest that a late check out would not be possible, since we had other guests checking in the same day and needed sufficient time to prepare the apartment for them. She also mentioned that the check in process was a little complex. We have been renting this apartment with the same check in procedure for 12 years. This is the first comment about the check in procedure that we have received. I send instructions to our guests in advance of arrival and also offer to review them over the phone or in writing if they have any questions.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Getaway
Overall the trip was great! Property building was nice but older. The service elevator was out of service the whole time. The pool was dated . The condo was nice and big but minor things were broken. The host was amazing to work with. He was easy to get a hold of for questions. Overall we had a great time. This was our first stop before going on our Cruise.

Convenient beach stay
For an older building everything was great. Great view. Easy check in. Grocery store was an easy 10 minute walk across the bridge. Despite being spring break the building was quiet and the beach directly out front was more families. Would absolutely stay again.

Allanadale Beach Condo
The property located on the beach, being the unit closest to the beach made getting to the water and pool super convenient. This end unit has a magnificent ocean view. The unit had all the necessities to make the stay comfortable.

Great place for a weekend getaway
The property was a great place, and was very true to listing and pictures. We had a 5 minute trip from room to beach, including elevator travel time, which was really nice. There were several restaurants and stores within a short walk (10 minutes), so it was easy to coordinate groceries. Overall, a great stay, and one we enjoyed. If we come back

Our stay was great. The location was awesome- walking distance to restaurants, convenient store, and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pictures of the condo on the listing make it look newer than reality. The unit was clean but not spotless. The sheets were worn. Overall, a nice place to spend the weekend with my sister.

Christmas vacation
We stayed in this condo the day after Christmas until January 1st. We love the condo. It was in a great location, and everything was as the ad stated. The property owner was very responsive and helped with the one minor issue we had. Perfect location. We will stay at this property again.

Apartment was really great, perfect for families

Amazing family vacation
We were greeted by the valets and were extremely impressed with their service. Not only at check in, but also during our entire stay. Check in was quick and easy. All common areas were well kept and immaculate. The condo was exactly as described and the views were amazing. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas, they definitely saved us some money. Access to a beach bar was convenient and options delicious. Highly recommend!

Ok but needs refreshing
Some good points : valet/ check in/ communication with agency/ spacious apartment Bad points for the unit which need serious refreshing, things were worn out, sticky, stains on beach towels…toaster and iron didn’t work . A bit disappointing for the price.

Great place to stay at a great beach
The property is located very close to the beach if not on it. We flew in from Arizona with what we could pack into a suitcase and backpacks. This place has Fantastic views if the beach from the Master bedroom and living area. Full kitchen with all the dishes you need. There was even beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler. The beds were comfy and internet was no issue at all. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend. One of the best beaches that I have ever been to. Clear, warm water clean sand. Tons to do.

The property is in a great location, easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Some areas in the apartment are showing signs of wear and tear but overall we had a pleasant experience. Apartment host was great.

20 year anniversary
Great condo in the middle of everything, the beach is a minute away, and very convenient to any store you would need. The condo had all the supplies we needed and more, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple of toys for kids if you have them. We had a great stay and would definitely come back here.

Great location on the beach
This was the perfect vacation place near the beach. You can go to the beach or spend time in the pool. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. Great communication with the property manager. Check in and out was very easy.

It was fine
The good: Views from the room were spectacular. The unit was big, kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The beach was a short walk and the pool area had lots of chairs. The beds were comfortable. I also felt safe walking outside the building at night. Ben who managed the unit was very easy to contact. Cons: The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, anything I asked him I felt like I was a nuisance being a renter. The unit did not have a swing lock only a keypad lock on the door. That made me uncomfortable at night being I do not know who has a code to the unit. There really isn’t much for restaurants in waking distance. To use the washer and dryer you need to buy a $5 card and put a minimum $5 on the card so the one load I washed cost me $10. Over all it probably wasn’t a great fit for my family as far as location and the feeling of not feeling welcome from the guy at the front desk.

Location location location!
Location was perfect! Right on the beach and right near the road, you can easily walk to Walmart & restaurants, there’s a 7/11 right across the street. Beds were very comfortable, and the rain shower head in the bathroom was awesome! Trying to duplicate it at home. Balcony had a great view of the ocean & beach, and also the lift bridge; very cool! Game room was fun, adults & teenagers enjoyed it! Can’t speak about the pool, we didn’t use it, only walked passed it to get to the beach. I was worried about valet because we have only stayed where you parked yourself; it was a breeze! Valet was helpful, kind, and quick. Ben was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Really enjoyed our stay. We miss Florida.

Overall Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property and if we were to return to the area, we would certainly consider staying here again. The Pros: Of all the beach condos we've rented, this unit was by far the most spacious- huge master bedroom with 2 large closets. The 2nd bedroom was very big as well and had its own walk in closet. As all rentals do, some wear and tear was noted, but it was quite clean in general. There was great communication with the property manager. The access to the beach was just a short walk. The unit's kitchen was very well-stocked and the unit provided 5 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas which were all in good shape. There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels provided as well. The Cons- Not a lot of restaurant choices in close walking distance, but there were some and it was workable. The shades in both bedrooms should be upgraded- they aren't in great shape & are cheap. There was a broom but no dustpan to sweep up the inevitable sand we'd track in after beach time (there was a vacuum however), and the bedside tables & couch side table could all use an update- they aren't in great shape and are cheap.

Fabulous views and location
We found the property to be as advertised - on the beach, very clean and comfortable. This is a great location between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami and close to the Hollywood Broadwalk. The parking is very inexpensive and the parking team is friendly and professional.

Very nice
Property was really nice, right next to beach, nice ocean view. Short walk for groceries. Not a ton of restaurants in the area, but enough to get by if needed. Instructions and communication was good. Staff were very helpful for the most part.

The property and view were great. I had arrived early and messaged Ben that we were here and he said he would check on early check in but never responded with a code so we did not get into the apartment until after 5 PM. We begin messaging at 9:30. Other than that the place is great.

We are happy the guest enjoyed the stay. The apartment was absolutely ready for them at 3:00pm. on the dot. I let them know it would be ready at 3:00, but "if "I was able to have it ready earlier i would text them as a courtesy. We were not able to have it ready early so I did not send them another message. Why they waited until 5:00pm to ask if the apartment was ready is unclear to me.

Wonderful Stay!
This location was exactly as described and pictured. The view was beautiful, and the condo was comfortable. It was very easy to get to the beach. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I will stay here again if I return to the area!

Great location and place!
This place is right on the beach! Just a short walk on a sandy path ( maybe 200 feet) and you are on the beach! Or, if you prefer, just before the path is the pool. The room is very spacious. All the beds are very comfy, pillows too. The place has all the amenities with a balcony view of the ocean. Also, there are beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys in the room available to use. (That was wonderful) Those were nice and comfy as well! Books too! The showers were relaxing. Spacious, decorated nicely with strong water pressure for being towards the top fourth of the building. (basic toiletries available). The location is great! Again, right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants (very good pizza place), bakery (serves sandwiches and delicious pasteries), convince store, and Wal-Mart. (Oh. If you go to the right on the beach in front of the Hollandale balloon there is a place to get coffees/teas, ice cream and some food) You are in the middle between Ft Lauderdale and Miami if you want to visit. Also you are about a 10 min drive to Aventura mall if you need any retail therapy. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, great location beach vacation, this is the place! Definitely will come back!

Beachy Getaway
We booked this trip with some friends and really loved the location of the property. Some things inside though could really use some updating and maybe a good DEEP clean. We definitely weren’t a fan of paying $30/couple for key fobs that we never even used. The fobs didn’t work the one day we actually needed them & there’s no money back when you return them. Only one elevator worked the entire stay as well. The condo itself is nice but could use some minor updates. Blinds don’t work well and just needs a very deep clean. But it’s close to the beach & had a nice pool.

Nice Landing Place
We stayed here only one night to land in Miami and board a cruise. The host was lovely about accommodating our late flight arrivals and making it seamless to check in when we were exhausted. The staff is very kind and the beach was beautiful.

Very nice property!
We had a great experience with this rental! It was our first VRBO and the bar for any more we do is set very high! Great communication with owner, easy to check in and out, and many little things that made for a great experience. We could make a really long post about all the things we loved about it but to keep it short and sweet, we will definitely be coming back to this one.

Quick Getaway
We arrived Friday morning for a long weekend, Friday-Tuesday, and although check-in wasn’t until 3PM, the owner was very accommodating by allowing us an early check-in. Staff at the condo were courteous & helpful if needed. The property was located close to shopping, bars and entertainment and just a short walk down the path to the beach. The area was a little dirtier than expected with over flowing trash cans and homeless people along South Ocean Drive. We had some issues with the living room television working and the owner was very receptive but unfortunately it only worked for a few hours. All in all it was a great time with some interesting experiences.

We are happy this guest had a great time during their stay. I assisted the guests to get the TV's working when they arrived with a quick reboot to the router and they reported all TV's were working properly. Had they let me know there were further issues I would have sent someone to resolve it for them. This is the first time I have received reports of homeless people on South Ocean Drive and overflowing trash containers on the beach. I have reported both issues to the City of Hollywood Beach to take appropriate action. We strive to give our guests the best vacation experience possible and I encourage you to look at the many other reviews with overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Definitely Nice Place
