El check in en la mayoría de hoteles es a las 3 pm, allí fue a las 4, se llegó esa hora y aún no podíamos registrarnos.Con el tema del chek out, debía realizarse a las 11 am, desde las 10 am llegó personal del hotel preguntando q a qué horas íbamos a salir. El tema del parqueadero, fue complejo todos los días teníamos inconvenientes con la entrada y la salida, la tarjeta siempre presentó problemas.

Lamentablemente estoy inconforme por que no tiene estacionamiento para los clientes, en esta ocacion tuve que pagar 45 us diarios por el uso de valet que entiendo no debia pagar por estar hospedado en el hotel y eso lo supe despues que estoy en proceso de check in. Esto fue lo que no me agrado en este hotel.

I went with my family from New York to spend a weekend and I really liked the service, especially from Sahily, the girl from the Breeze restaurant, very attentive and helpful. I found the cleanliness to be good, cozy. The only thing is that you have to pay separately for the umbrellas on the beach. I think they should put that service next to the chairs. But it is a hotel where I would gladly return. The pool is small for the size of the hotel and the number of customers they receive. but everything else was very good.

Podría ser mejor (relación precio/calidad)
En general, buen hotel con excelente ubicación, sin embargo, para el altísimo costo que se está pagando, no cuentan con un buen sistema de housekeeping. Las habitaciones se limpian (no muy bien), muy entrada la tarde (aunque uno salga tempranísimo de ella) e incluso en ocasiones NO se limpian! Imperdonable si estamos hablando de un hotel de esta categoría. El parking además, demasiado caro. Es sólo un estacionamiento, no un spa de autos! El personal no responde siempre de buena manera ni entrega soluciones rápidas u oportunas a los inconvenientes. Casi los hacen pasar como culpa del huésped!

We arrived at the pool at 7:00 AM in the morning to find a good space, I took the chairs that were near the bar, when suddenly at 1200pm the afternoon manager told us that we had to go and that all the chairs were reserved If I wanted to stay, I had to pay $ 300. That is a lack of respect towards users. first there was never a reserved sign, then he threatened to take us out of the pool… when I left the stalls…. other people sat there without consulting and without reservation. I NEVER VULVE ANYMORE. Apart from the fact that the this manager (a woman) was the rudest and most foul-mouthed person that someone has ever treated me in a hotel. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

esperaba algo mejor
el hotel muy bien ubicado. excelente servicio en la playa, te dan silla de playa y toalla, la sombrilla se paga aparte. la habitacion era se supone con vista al mar y esto lo lograba si me contorsionaba para ver por una esquinita. los elevadores oxidados y con mal mantenimiento. el agua de la ducha se quedaba estancada y al buen rato despues de ducharte se iba toda el agua por el desague. la bienvenida con una deliciosa galleta warm y una botella de agua de cortesia. esperaba un mejor hotel por el precio pagado por habitacion. la recepcion amables pero muy lentos.

Bahia Mar is a very well located hotel, it has a nice pool area and acces to the beach, which is just across the road. We had bad luck with our room, first we were checked in into a room that was not ready, then we were changed to another. Out of our 3 night stay, our room was not made on 2 days.
