When we arrived the unit was dirty. Dead bugs all over the bathroom floor. There was hair and dead bugs on the bed. The WiFi did not work nor did the oven. The walls,light switches, end tables etc you could tell had never need wiped down. There was dirty towels left inside the hide away bed.The out side trash cans Odor was smack you in the face the moment you opened the gate to the unit and where covered in maggots. We spent the first night with bleach wipes and disinfecting spray all sleeping in one are. After an extremely hostile and rude encounter with housekeeping the unit was cleaned and I was given extra linens. Every dish in the house was put away dirty which is fine I wash dishes before I use them!! After the unit was cleaned and 4+ hours spent on the phone I was offered a discounted stay. The stay was not bad…. AND then… come time for them to refund me what was owed and the withdrawal $374 out of my account and then tell me ooops. It will now take 3 to 5 business days for MY MONEY not the money owed to me but MY MONEY to be returned to me. Altogether I’ve spent over 10hr on the phone either phone calls or emails with this company. It is still not over
