Hicieron reparaciones con mucho ruido un domingo q las 8;00 a.m., encima de la habitación con ruido intolerable sin parar. La atención del front desk fue muy mala en respuesta a la situación. Deseo mi dinero de regreso por favor. Uno paga este tipo de hoteles para descanso confortable no para pasar trabajo un domingo en la mañana.

Great place to stay, with very spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Just be aware that parking is not included and can be expensive for overnight, if you are leaving your car for less than 24 hours is affordable at $10

En general bien, solo que el checkin decia a las 4 pm y no estuvo lista a esa hora la habitación por lo que quedaron de enviarnos un mensaje cuando estuviera lista, cosa que no hicieron hasta que regresamos ya pasadas las 5 pm y hasta ese momento nos la entregaron, realmente ya muy tarde para un checkin.

Hotel demasiado viejo, todas las Habitaciones están Uy deterioradas y no vale lo que pagas. Es Mejor buscar otras opciones

This property looks nothing like the photos. It’s dark and dimly lit. The rooms are super old and everything looks run down. Our room had a horrible damp smell so we checked out that same evening and booked a different property. This hotel should be fined for false advertising. The difference between the photos and how this property actually looks is astounding.

Both rooms i rented housekeeping was terrible.. my shower was covered with hair before I used it. The second room my son found a pill on the found under the side of the bed and our 2 year old grandsons feet were black from walking on the carpets. The front desk was wonderful though.

The room was not what I saw when picking this location. The bathroom was not properly clean there was hair every where. The pictures on line was not what I saw when I arrived at the hotel. I was very disappointed

We have been coming this hotel for over 7 years at least 4 times per year. . We come for 2 reasons. The pool which is amazing and bartender/waitress Elizabeth Chmura from the ESpot. Elizabeth is always very attentive and goes way beyond to give us the best experience possible. Thank goodness they are finally renovating the hotel!! We can not wait to experience the new rooms and to see Elizabeth again!!

Everything about the property was great except for the rooms and staff. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in the room was a horrible smell! it was extremely musty and just had a weird pungent odor. There were four ppl in the room, we had enough beds bc the couch turned into a bed. We opened up the couch for our daughter and immediately closed it! The mattress that was in it looked like it was from the 70s and had God only knows what kind of stains all over it there were crumbs all in the sheets. It’s was so disgusting. There were no towels so we asked a housekeeper for some but she acted like I had five heads and didn’t know what a towel was, fine. I called the front desk and asked for some towels, he assured he would bring some up right away and never did! The pool is beautiful, but we kept getting a terrible smell of raw sewage the whole time we were out near the pool. Our room was also on the side of the main intersection so we heard extremely loud vehicles nonstop all night long! Got no sleep. The lady in the gift shop was super sweet and welcoming!

The hotel was a very convenient choice to stay... close to the airport and the cruise port. The grocery store and dining options were within walking distance. The hotel had the best continental breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The pool area was really fun for the kids, although busy. The rooms felt dated and kind of dirty. There were multiple hairs on the towels. Despite the negatives, the convenience and pool area would keep me coming back.

Used condom! There was an open bottle of lotion in our room, clothing tags on the floor, splatter on the wall and a USED CONDOM on the floor. We were then moved to a second room and there were nuts, popcorn and Kleenex on the floor as well as 3 tufts of hair. We were told we had to wait until 11AM to talk to a manager and he was extremely rude, combative and did not even apologize for either rooms. Do not stay at this hotel! The service, rooms and managerial team do not care about your experience!

This place is not very nice. Tons of cruise people which is to be expected but the food, both at dinner and the breakfast, was sub par. the property looks dated. While close to the airport and the cruise terminals, I'd stay farther away next time and I normally like Embassy Suites.

The pool and deck area and well as the central courtyard are beautiful. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast buffet included in the morning which the kids liked. The rooms themselves were extremely dated and showing their age. If the rooms were updated/modernized this could be a five-star location.

⭐️⭐️ The shower was stopped up and the tv didn't work the maintenance guy said he was changing the remote control still never worked. It was a terrible experience.
