La peor experiencia de mi vida no se parece en nada a las fotografías que salen en la aplicación, en la noche la señora de la carpeta nos golpeó la puerta fuertemente y nos gritó que teníamos ruido y música en la habitación, cosa que no es verdad. En primer lugar debió llamar por teléfono primero y decir que baje la música por favor. La música era del teléfono para no sentir el ruido de los carros , ese motel está muy desprotegido y falta de seguridad, además nos trató de abrir la puerta, yo muy asustada hasta la tensión arterial me subió . Mi novio y yo nos dirigimos al la recepción para hablar con la señora, ella al vernos nos pidió disculpas y dijo que están acostumbrados a otros tipos de clientes y nos pidió disculpas. Realmente esa no son formas de tratar a un costumers. Nunca más iremos a ese lugar .

Un mal trato para mi familia
Me quedaba un día completo y una noche más. Cuando reservé salía que si aceptaban mascotas, pero quedándome aún estancia en el lugar me llenaron y me dijeron que me tenia que ir. Les dije que por qué si tengo pagado, su respuesta fue llamaremos a la policía y finalmente me tuve que ir. Realmente siento que es una falta de respeto para mi como cliente y quisiera el reembolso del tiempo que me quedaba.

Never again u guys are a rip off and pregedis
1st of I booked for a room and it says 20 cash deposit so I loaded my stuff and and went as soon as I got there I found out that the deposit was $50 so then I realized I had didn't have enough so the lady told me I could not check in the room and then I was stuck outside with all my belongings and she did not even try to work with me so I saw a friend and let me come into her room for a little bit but that didn't last long because I was not comfortable so by the time I was ready to go they told me I had to get all my belongings off the property and go across the street or something I felt very very uncomfortable I did not appreciate that at all I lost out on $100 which is almost 80 and I want my money back and I will never stay with you guys anymore and I'm going to corporate

This place has alot of policies such as visitors not allowed, and the person you staying with has to show their ID. Pretty Much for the Price you know you not getting anything fancy. Place is really outdated and I had to call front desk for the bed sheets that werent clean. After notifing them they immediately came with new sheets and covers and was a very quite space.bb
