Beautiful Hollywood Beach House

Our stay at this beautiful house was truly amazing. Views were spectacular from all rooms and sides. What a view from the roof deck! Everything worked perfectly and we super appreciate Brian, he was regularly checking up on us to make sure our stay was going well and if he could help with anything. Looking forward to our next visit to Hollywood Beach! Thanks so much!

Had a few times we had to reach out for hot tub cover, air conditioning, entry/exit gates, how to maneuver the garage, supplies, and elevator. All responded within timely manner and taken care of. Some recommendations would be to replace hot tub cover due to it being in a few pieces and unable to put back on, have cleaning supplies for house guests, enough coffee mugs and glassware for the amount of guests that will be staying at the condo, and specify what size beach chairs that are made available. Was told 4 beach chairs; had 8 house guests (all adults which is known when we give our identification). When we arrived we found there to be 4 children chairs and 2 adult chairs that were not well kept. So instead of only having to rent 4 we had to rent 6 more since we did not physically fit in the provided chairs. House is in perfect location. Overall we love Hollywood and this is the perfect spot.

Beautiful House / Great Location

This property had everything we needed . We had two families and there was plenty of room , and the fifth floor outdoor area was awesome!! Brian and Jess did a great job hosting . Thanks for everything .

Beautiful Home, Awesome Location

The home is beautiful and exactly like the photos! Perfect for Friends or Family who want privacy with their accommodations. The seperate floors make it very comfortable for a large party to have privacy when needed. Communication from the owner was great! They are even proactive with Communication. We were on our way to the house and I received a call saying that the hot tub was down but a repair person would be there the next day and they were. The Hot Tub wasn't a key point of our selecting this house, so no big deal for us. But I was impressed how they took the effort to notify us before we found the problem. For home this grand, modern and beautiful, I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The refrigerator smelled like rotten fish when we arrived. We had to quickly clean it the best we could because we had groceries delivered around the same time we checkrd in. The bed in the master bedroom had a smell of someone else in it. You know, it didnt smell bad but you could clearly smell perfume and another person in it. We stayed up an extra 1.5 hours and washed the bedding. I reported both problems and the owner reassured me that the bedding was washed and the refrigerator was cleaned. I thought it was disappointing to get that kind of response. I wouldn’t lie about a compliaint. We personally fixed both issues ourselves and we were on a special family vacation so I refused to argue with them or let it put a damper on our time away.

Great 3BR - Rooftop deck can't be beat

Great place to stay for the race weekend! The rooftop deck is amazing, although the hot tub was broken, and they were unable to get someone to repair it. The views from all 3 bedroom are perfect. The unit has a lot of stairs, and the elevator was not working for over half the trip, not a huge deal, we didn't even know about the elevator until we didn't have it. The management worked with us getting the elevator reset, happened a few times. Overall great stay!

Amazing

This was the most enjoyable vacation with my family and friends. Condo we stay at was very much luxury, clean and spacious. The location of the place was close to the beach and close to the restaurants, bars etc…I’ll be looking to come back for spring break if available in 2024.

Best rental !!!

This house offers you an amazing views , spacious bedrooms , clean and comfy place, great kitchen. This house has everything you need , you don’t have to worry about anything. The rooftop is amazing place to spend time grilling and looking at the beach. Each bedroom has plenty towels , extra blankets and bathrooms are packed with shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste and even hairdryer and iron. The Kitchen has all necessary stuff as silverware, plates, cups small appliances anything you need to enjoy your meals. House is next to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The host was very nice and very active. Communication was very easy and anytime we need him he was always answering his phone! I am a picky person but this house made our vacation memorable. Amazing house We will definitely come back!!!

Gorgeous New Modern Oceanview Glass home with elevator

We love this home ! Floor to ceiling windows throughout with views all around you! Absolutely gorgeous. Brand new top of line appliances. The ocean and boardwalk is steps away across the street. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Brian and Jess were always and easily available throughout our stay ! Very nice and accommodating hosts ! Don’t hesitate to book this multi million dollar home (realtors selling one next door and we asked how much ). So much better than a hotel ! We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you for a wonderful vacation
