Muy mala relación precio-calidad
El personal es poco amable, ni está dispuesto a ayudar. No dispone de ascensor. No dispone de desayuno ni de lugares a menos de 10 minutos para desayunar. Combina elementos nuevos con antiguos, sin ningún estilo aunque lo intenta. La cama no es especialmente cómoda. La piscina no invita al baño en absoluto. La ubicación respecto de la playa, bares y supermecados distan unos 15 minutos. Hay parking sin coste en las inmediaciones. La habitación es grande y dispones de toalllas de todos los tamaños por cuadruplicado, de calidad. Ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado. No repetría, pero nos apaño la estancia de una noche a un precio inaudito.

Apartamentos tranquilos cerca de la playa
Estuvimos en la suite, muy cómoda para una estancia tranquila, buen jardín, buena piscina, atención del personal muy atentos, un día no hubo limpieza en el apartamento, es lo que tendrían que mejorar un poco mas. A pocas cuadras de la playa, en general muy conformes quedamos.

The only drawback was the stopper in the bathroom sink would not stay open. I had to use a toothpick to keep it open enough for the water to drain.

Quaint. Loved the courtyard/pool area. We stayed there a couple times. First room 1103 was very small and the bathroom faucet fell off, flooding our bathroom rendering the water unusable. When we got a second room it was great 1106. After several attempts to get reimbursed for the one night of no bathroom or water usage by front office failed, the headquarters called and promptly gave us a discount for that night.

Many things need upgrading at the property like non working hairdryer from 1970’s. Bathroom sink , and bathroom windows broken seals , could use new vanities and closet re-doing . Basically livable but super old property. Some things were upgraded, but do not match the old stuff.

Overall it was decent.. I like the waterfall in the middle of the complex. I dont like the fact that there was no parking. I also didnt like the fact that the check in was at an entirely different hotel. I think the location is good for surrounding areas you are trying to commute to. My bathroom shower tiles were a little messy too. Moldy.

Nice little place.
Nice hotel in great location. Has sister properties that have amenities you can use. I like the complimentary beach towels.

The ONLY negative thing i could say, is housekeeping should've cleaned the room thoroughly. There were a couple of dead bugs back by the coffee maker/microwave. The gentleman working the property made me feel extremely welcome. The property was very charming, the bed was big and comfortable, and the pool area was clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to one of my favorite beaches in FL. The price is unbeatable for the area. I was apprehensive booking due to the low rate. This is a prime area in Broward county. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and i will definitely be back!

Ok place.
The room was very small. The internet did not work at all. The door to the entrance of the place was not locked. A/C which is on the upper wall was not clean. The tv is just a Roku TV and it did not work because no internet. The place is older. The pool was dirty. If you go there, the office is a few building down hard to fine.

My mother and I stayed in mid-March, and even though it was during the peak of "spring break", we found the hotel to be quite pleasant. The room was very spacious with a desk, and a nice couch with coffee table. The courtyard with fountain and chairs and tables is a nice place to spend time. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

The place was clean and in close proximity to the beach. It was very quiet and we felt we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was nice and relaxing. The 1 bedroom suite we booked though was not as pictured and the main floor unit was quite noisy with next-door and upstairs neighbors easily heard through the walls and ceiling.

The room was clean and a good size. The fountain ran all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep! They need to turn it off in the evening. Location was great for walking to the beach and nearby hotels.

Horrible experience
Checked in to a room and was attacked by a dog in the room that was already occupied. They gave us another room but that one was next to the loud constantly barking dog AND the shower did not drain.

Thank you James for your review. We understand that there was a dog on property and once made aware they were relocated. We are also aware that the dog did not attack you and stress that making claims such as these does not do anyone any good.

It was not like the pictures you saw on line. A lot older, not as pretty. Funny smell in room. Poor lighting in room. Old air conditioner. Dirty pools. Old shower.

The location is fantastic. A few blocks (4) from the beach. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Walking options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smaller place, peaceful away from the huge crowds. I actually had the place to myself for a majority of the time. Pool was great.
