RESUMEN
Condominio de vacaciones de ensueño renovado y recientemente amueblado con vista directa al mar, playa y piscina.
Un dormitorio con un baño (900 pies cuadrados), 2 piscinas, 2 gimnasios, servicio de valet, seguridad las 24 horas, wifi, Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, wifi, tienda de conveniencia en el Complejo. La casa de vacaciones se encuentra a 5 minutos de Hollywood Broadwalk y a 15 minutos del centro comercial Aventura Mall, a 20 minutos de Fort Lauderdale ya 25 minutos de South Beach.

Do not go to this place. Its not what you think. We got there and Jessica the host was there to greet us. When we opened the door to the Apartment it had a terrible moldy musty smell. I was so excited to finally go away after a long year of Covid so I thought open the door for fresh air. Btw your view is a empty parking lot and pool area the ocean view is from the side not the best. After Jessica left my BF and I looked at each other and said wow not what I thought it would be. I immediately contacted Jessica and she said nothing she could do that this is a business transaction for her. I told her I have severe allergies to mold and I can’t stay here. She said sorry she can’t do anything about it. I then took photos of the black mold around the vent and water marks on ceiling to show her with no response back. This place is a dump save your money and stay at a hotel. That cares about customer service. We left the property and now trying to dispute charges close to 2,000 for a place that we did not stay at. Plus you get charged 40 for key fobs as well. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Also Jessica has several condos in that same building. So beware. She goes by the host name KOMFFY.

Great Spring Break Spot

We had a great time during our stay. The security was a little extra but that is OK. Few extra procedures to go through each door and just one security key to go through the doors when you have a family of four.. But other than that, we had a great time/stay. Would love to return again.

Great host and beautiful setting

Have to say that Jessica was excellent to work with. Always got back to us right away and super accommodating. The property was very well upkept and very clean. Very quiet and peaceful. The picture of the balcony on description doesn't do it justice. BEAUTIFUL view of pool and beach! Amazing. We were lucky enough to have a full moon one night and it was unbelievable. (Side note the towels in the condo are the best we've ever had and the 4 beach chairs and umbrella were great!! ) 2 things that didn't work for us: 1) location. there really is nothing there except an Italian restaurant across the street and a 711 across the street (there's a SUPER expensive convenience store and cafe located on property) BUT there is a service called Circuit that gives free electric car drives. Also, Uber is very quick. We chose not to rent a car and congratulated ourselves at least 10 times on that decision! 2) they completely close the pool area down at 6:00 pm. The sign says sunrise to sunset, but that was at least an hour early. I asked the pretty aggressive security guard (who started kicking people out about 5:45) and he claimed they were closing it down for COVID-19 cleaning. I was curious and kept my eye on the pool and never once saw any cleaning going on. You couldn't even sit on the chair or use the tables. It really is a beautiful beach and pool. Lots and lots of kids so probably great for a family. The Broadwalk on Hollywood Beach is about a half hour walk away (or Circuit drive) and is loaded with restaurants and things to do.

Check out too early.

It’s bad enough that you have to check out at 10 AM. If you don’t they deactivate your lock code at exactly 10 AM. Otherwise it’s a very nice spot.

Excellent Property - Horrible Bed

No box spring under mattress and/or bad quality mattress. Bed seemed to require a box spring, but did not have one. Everything else was great, and we would definitely rent here again, but only after verification that the bed has been upgraded. First night backs hurt, tried sleeping on the couch for two nights. The couch is great for sitting, but not for sleeping. Also, maybe we missed something with the parking arrangements, but we were charged $7 every time we left and came back with the car, even multiple times in one day. I realize this all sounds negative, and I regret to leave negative comments, but renters should know what they're in for. If you can't sleep, vacation is no fun. I would like to stress that this is an excellent property, location is fantastic, view is wonderful, balcony is an excellent feature that we enjoyed greatly.

It was a great location but the apartment could use some updating. Check in was a process!

The property was great. Very clean. The pool was beautiful and the beach was great. The apartment was adequate for the time we spent there but it could use some upadating and a little TLC.

Quiet beach stay

We stayed 4 nights and loved the accommodations. It is perfect for a couple/small family who want a nice pool and great beach location. The apartment was stocked with towels and chairs and was a big help for our family. Communication with the owner was fantastic and prompt. The check-in is a bit of a process but you are well informed and know exactly what to do, it is simply a multi step process. I have traveled quite a bit and for the amenities they offer it is reasonable to have to do what they require to get in and out of the buildings. There was a lot of security and key card access points--both highly appreciated features.
