From the start we had many issues with this house. We awoke the first morning to a cracked coffee maker that leaked all over the counter and there was no toaster in the kitchen. Three days later a toaster and a tiny 3 cup coffee maker was delivered. The kitchen microwave did not work. All three toilets on the first level were clogged for over 24 hours. When the handyman finally came, he claimed it was a "false alarm". As if we don't know how to flush a toilet. They worked overnight and then clogged again the next morning. Several of the ceiling fans did not work and some TV remotes were missing. The fans and TV's were never addressed. All that said, the house is a great location for a large gathering. It was very comfortable. The grounds could use some TLC. The "tennis court" is not really a tennis court and there are not pickleball lines on it. We had a fabulous time but many, many issues need to be addressed at this location before we would decide to return.
