Lamento profundamente la decepción que sintió con su estadía con nosotros. Hemos tomado en cuenta su queja y queríamos informarle que actualmente estamos trabajando para mejorar las condiciones del hotel, para que pueda tener una estadía placentera si alguna vez insiste en quedarse con nosotros nuevamente.

Pésimo
Solo destaco la ubicación y la atención de una de las recepcionistas . El resto pésimo . Sucio , mala atención, cucarachas en habitación, moho. En recepción recibí insultos literalmente (Fuck you) gritos y falta de respeto del recepcionista mayor por pedir q me cambien la llave q no funcionaba y no entenderle bien el idioma , una locura. Malos momentos ahí adentro .

Extremadamente pésima la estancia en ese hotel, súper mal atendido, sucio al nivel 100, no cambian sabanas, no cambian toallas, hay que estar cayéndole atrás al personal para lograr algo, personal que tiene muy muy mala forma de tratar al cliente, A tal punto que estoy considerando poner una queja al canal T51 por tan mala atención y súper mala limpieza en ese establecimiento de la cual tengo varías fotos y videos de lo expresado, nunca nunca habia tenido tan mala experiencia en un hotel, no hubo un día el cual se limpiara los pasillos, las mesas, ni tan siquiera de limpiar la piscina, súper pésima mi experiencia

Mal servicio, estuvimos 3 días sin cable para el televisor, se les aviso con antelación y nunca llegó nadie a solucionar el problema, en repeción le contestan de forma no profesional y nos quedamos sin papel higiénico por día y medko . El edificio esta en un estado deplorable.

ME FUE FATAL LA HABITACIÓN SUCIA , EL HOTEL ASQUEROSO, NO TIENE PARKING, BAÑO LIQUIANDO Y LA BAÑERA TAPADA Y CANCELÉ LA ULTIMA NOCHE Y NO ME DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO. Adicional tuve que suvir por las escaleras no funcionaba el ascensor.

Need remodel the whole building asap!
This place definitely needs to be remodel the whole building. Smell old and mold too. I couldn't sleep really good because I was coughing the whole night for this smell. No secure at all inside the room the fire alarm was out.

“It’s the cheapest hotel across from the beach for a reason” -front desk lady. She said it best. Next time I’ll spend the extra money and go somewhere else. They have no idea how to work with Expedia so they decided to charge me after I already paid Expedia. Health department must be taking a white envelope in order to allow this place to keep operating in the condition that it’s in.

When we checked in the bathroom wall were covered in mold, the room faced a wall, and broken glass everywhere. We checked out after one day!

The hotel was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Still hair all over and was scared to even step foot in the bathtub. Tried to sleep but found miscellaneous hairs that weren’t mine in the bed. I always saw MANY bugs crawling throughout the room where two roaches even got on and into my belongings. You get what you pay for and this was definitely a cheap experience which was not needed. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!
