Bachelor party
There were 8 of us that stayed at the property for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The back yard was a perfect little oasis for hanging out by the pool. It was in a prime location to get downtown, but also a short drive to the golf courses and the harbor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend the place for anyone looking to get away.

Bachelorette Bungalow
This house was perfect for our bachelorette party and the back deck / pool area exceeded our expectations! The +'s: Plenty of beds / showers to accommodate 10 ladies, bars / restaurants in walking distance, and any uber ride to the surrounding areas were under $10. I would suggest the owner upload new photos as the property is nicer than presented here and some of the room photos were inaccurate. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with a group of guys and had a great time. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. Large backyard/pool area was great to hang out at. Good location - just steps away from Las Olas Blvd and also walkable to beach. Property manager was very welcoming at check-in and made himself available for any issues (which we had none).

Great spot
Had a pretty large group of guys staying in Ft. Lauderdale for an extended weekend. This spot was exactly what we needed. The back yard / pool area is fantastic. House was spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably, and the location is fantastic.

Great Location, Great Venue, Great Host
The house is a great spot for a group of friends. There is plenty of space with a great backyard for hanging out. The host was very friendly with easy communication and does his best to be on your side and make your trip as enjoyable as possible. It is in a great location that’s walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. Some of the outdoor amenities are a bit worn out (which is to be expected from a house that hosts larger parties) but it is definitely usable. I highly recommend considering this house for your stay and the host should keep up the good work!

Amazing house, amazing location!
Two things make this house stand out from the rest: the BACKYARD and the LOCATION! I came to Fort Lauderdale on a girls trip and we spent an entire day just sitting by the pool relaxing because that’s how amazing it is. You are also two blocks from the entire strip of Las Olas Blvd- I think we took Ubers one time during the whole trip. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and we had great interactions with the property Manager Leo, who greeted my friends at check in.

Great location - BUT....
The location is ideal! We did not rent a car and walked everywhere or took a SHORT Uber. The backyard is great and the pool is very nice and HEATED! Overall the house and the backyard landscaping has been VERY neglected. The mosquitoes were relentless in the backyard. The patio furniture was mostly broken (chairs) or old and very dirty (moldy chaise lounge cushions). The grill was not cleaned but did work very well. The house itself was big enough for our group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space and rooms and beds and the kitchen, while very small has what you need. However, It is very clear that the house has been very neglected in terms of aesthetic updates but also functional. While we had a nice time beware the pictures are note 100% accurate (there is no hot tub as pictured in the backyard) and the overall feel of the house is not as comfy and clean as we expected.

Great Time at a Great Location
This house was a lot of fun. We were 1 street off of Las Olas Blvd, so there's plenty to do. The beach is a 25-30 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. Property manager was very responsive and gracious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place
The location, and quick response from the owners is excellent. They place is pretty much as described, home could use a complete exterior scraping and paint job, interior is tastefully decorated. I work in fire prevention/code enforcement and could nit pick the property, but i was there to relax and get some other work done. Lots of fun to be had there, i would recommend for families, friends gettogethers, you wont be disappointed.

True exotic paradise!
This house hit the spot for our two families of 5 plus dogs; heated pool with surrounding palm trees and heavy vegetation provide complete privacy and feel of being far from everyone, except that you are just one block from las Olas! It’s an older house and a big of a throw back to the 90s, but everything works well (including internet, which is very good and consistent). Also, Leo was very quick and responsive so when we wanted a few degrees warmer, or an extra large pan for pasta, or leaves to be cleaned after a brief storm, response was immediate and attention given promptly. Leo is a pro and proud of doing a good job. Strongly recommend!

Las Olas Getaway
Our international guests enjoyed this property, complete with a lovely backyard to relax in, and located so close to Las Olas Blvd. The pool and fire pit were an added bonus!

Great place to stay
Had 12 guys stay here. Enough room for all of us. Walk to restaurants and bars on Las Olas Blvd and short Uber ride to other areas of south Florida. Host was great, responsive and respectful.

Lovely property, upscale neighborhood, great location
We had our annual girl’s getaway here and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us. The home is very nice, the backyard is a beautiful oasis. We walked everywhere, lots of great bars and restaurants are close by. The property owner is very accommodating and the property owner is very attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A nice place to stay
It was a really nice place to stay our kids had a great time there. The weather did not cooperate with us as we were there however we are going to plan on rebooking this sometime in the near future. This is a perfect property for family it's close to everything it has a wonderful backyard and a grill. I think the property manager for everything that they did

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend!
We had a group of 11 stay here for a long weekend in Fort Lauderdale for my sister’s bachelorette party. This was the PERFECT house & made the weekend a success! 15 minute drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to Las Olas blvd for bars and brunch, and an amazing back yard to enjoy the Florida weather. Short drive to the beach too, but we didn’t even get to the beach because we loved the back yard so much! There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, (we did share beds and everyone had a bed), 3 full bathrooms, and lots of mirror space for getting ready. A lot of towels as well to use for laying out and for the pool. Grocery and liquor stores were a short drive away too. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Directions clearly stated as well on how to make things work & where things went in the house. The locking system in the door was a huge plus and made it extremely easy for us since we had a larger group that arrived and departed at different times. We couldn’t have had a more perfect house for the weekend!! I would highly recommend.

Amazing Home!

Great for a large group.
The house was plenty spacious with enough room for 10 guests to fit. The pool was an extra bonus accommodation that was enjoyed by all. The outdoor seating was great for outdoor dining. Three bathrooms and plenty of storage. The owner was very prompt in responding to the few questions we had. You’ll enjoy your stay here!

Great B-day Weekend
My friends and I had a great time staying at this house for my birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The outdoor area with pool really make this place great. 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 queen beds. Remaining 2 bedrooms were suitable- not a fan of twin beds but knew in advance of the beds setup. I would definitely stay here again. Las Olas was walking distance which was key for us.

The best house ever!
This home is perfect! A group of 11 of us stayed here last weekend and had the absolute best time! The house is much larger than the photos lead on. Double hot water heaters, plenty of towels. The house itself is gorgeously set in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to everything. Johnny and his dad are wonderful people and we will definitely recommend this vacation home to others in the future. Thanks for the lovely place to stay!

Great Location / Home Needs Attention
The location was very good and is close to main strip with many things to do. We enjoyed the close proximity for dining and entertainment. However, the house itself needs major attention both inside and out. It has/had potential, but has largely been let go (or recent renters have really banged it up). Be aware the pictures are very dated (e.g. the main picture shows a Jacuzzi which hasn't been there for years). The back yard, deck and all the outdoor furniture is in very rough shape. You should plan to wear sandals at all times given the condition of the deck (nail pops and dirty). We expressed our concerns to the owner and caretaker who, to their credit, did try to be responsive, but there was honestly too much work to complete with a quick trip to the house. You will definitely know you're in someones house given all the personal pictures everywhere and most all the closets are locked and noted as owner storage (we just lived out of our suitcases while there). Overall we did enjoy our stay, but we learned a lot more about what questions to ask prior to renting a property. If you're looking for a place to crash for a large party of people this may fit the void, but if your a family or couple of families looking to leverage both location and the outdoor features of the house I would not recommend this property for the cost.

This house is perfection!
We had a group of nine girls stay here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend and we could not have chosen a more perfect house! The house is in the perfect location for walking to Las Olas Blvd. And the backyard is a tropical oasis! Not only is the layout of the house perfect for large groups to stay in, the decor is beautiful. Johnny was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I can't wait to book another vacation here!

Wedding Weekend in Fort Lauderdale
We were a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 in their 20's, in Fort Lauderdale to attend a wedding at Bonnet House. The house was fantastic and easily accommodated all of us. It was a very busy weekend for us but we did manage to spend a quiet afternoon in the beautiful garden, very relaxing! A great location too, walking to distance to great restaurants, bars and shopping on Las Olas. Johnny was great throughout the whole booking process, providing us with information and recommendations. Lance and Bill were really helpful on arrival, we really appreciated the personal touch! I would highly recommend this eclectic property and hope that I can return to Fort Lauderdale and this house again in the future.

Absolutely loved it!!
The house is even better than the pictures let on! We had 10 girls for a bachelorette party and I was nervous there wouldn't be enough room for all of us plus all of our stuff (we don't know the meaning of packing lightly) but there was plenty of space. There were also 10 girls taking showers and no shortage of hot water. The pool area was perfect and so relaxing! Everything was clearly labeled which was very helpful as well. The location is great, we were close enough to walk to Rocco's tacos in heels but far enough that we didn't hear anything at the house. Johnny is an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very accommodating and quick to respond and so nice. We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. All the rooms were very unique and fun! Pictures look exactly like he house except on the inside is even better than pictures. The interior of the house has a lot of personality! The only downside was we attempted to walk to the beach one day and it was a long walk!! Would definitely vacation here again!

Wonderful place to stay!
A group of 11 of us recently stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette Party. When we arrived, our flights were early, so we were very well accommodated with early check-in. When we arrived to the house, the owner left mini-cupcakes for us...such a cute touch. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Even though we had 11 people, there was plenty of space to hang out and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The house was clean and very well kept. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Johnny for such an enjoyable vacation!

Perfect for a great group.
We just stayed at this house over the weekend with 10 of my closest friends for a bachelorette party. It was the PERFECT house, the bedrooms were comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. The backyard was an absolute dream and was definitely the best part of the house! The owners were very accommodating with me when I had asked for an early check-in. Which was greatly appreciated. And also, available via text when a fuse blew and we couldn't figure out where the second fuse box was. Johnny came over and fixed it for us within five minutes. My only critiques would be there was no wifi information so you'll use your data all weekend (you really don't need it because you'll spend little time on your phone, BUT it would have been nice to have been included.) And then my only other critique would be, one of the owners showed up at the house unannounced at 10 am the day we were checking out. We were cleaning and packing up at this time to be out by the scheduled time of 11am. I just found it a bit unnecessary to show up unannounced to confirm that we would be out on time - a phone call would have been just fine and a better respect of space. All in all - I do highly recommend this home. It is a perfect location, beautiful space, and beautiful backyard and pool.

Beautiful property and perfect location
This is the second time we have rented this house, and its absolutely perfect every time. Backyard is like staying at a boutique hotel, its ideal for enjoying the weather in South Florida. Walking distance to great restaurants, quick hop to the beach, and easy access to I-95. The host is great and very accommodating, and everything is always in pristine condition when we arrive. Will definitely rent again.

Excellent Little oasis on a quiet street so close to the hustle and bustle of Las Olas.
10 of us shared this home for a weekend before heading off on a cruise. We enjoyed every moment. Plenty of room inside and out for all of us. Wonderfully eclectic decor, all the amenities we needed. Johnny responded quickly to any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Paradise and relaxation!
The property was true to form! It was a great place to call home for a bachelor party weekend. Everything you would need while relaxing in paradise is at your fingertips. Location, location, Location! Literally a 2 minute walk to Los Olas blvd and great restaurants. I would definately book this home again when traveling to FLL!

We totally felt "at home"!
Was looking for a cozy, modern house to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with four other couples. Colee Hammock wasn't exactly what we expected on the surface but it was exactly what we needed. The infrastructure was perfect for entertaining inside and outside. This house was clean, completely turnkey and the decor was awesome! It truly was the most comfortable and convenient property we've ever rented. The owner was very helpful with familiarizing us with the house as well as the neighborhood. We totally felt "at home".

The owners are amazing!! They were there for us in every way. When a threat of hurricane Matthew was a concern, Johnny and Lance made sure to ease our minds. Protected the house and us. The hurricane never came. The house is beautiful. The area is beautiful. We were close to restaurants, shops, the beach. No need to rent a car, because Uber is minutes away. We had the best time. There were 8 of us and it was perfect. My birthday celebration was awesome. I can't thank the owners enough and I want to say thanks again for everything.

Actual paradise
Stayed here for a long weekend in June with a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette party. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed. We all loved the fact that everything centered around the amazing backyard where we spent most of our time relaxing and sunbathing. The house is very close to the beach and all the hustle and bustle of Las Olas, but also not a far drive to Miami. The owners were very easy to work with; they were super responsive and allowed us an early checkin and late checkout which really helped accommodate our flights. Would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil, clean, paradise
I have nothing but great things to say about this house! From the beginning, getting in contact with the owners was easy, and I got responses back quickly. Making the payments were organized and easy to make. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday for my bachelorette weekend. The location could not have been more perfect. It's a mile from the beach ($5 uber ride at most), and close to restaurants on Las Olas. The downtown area where there are more late night clubs are a bit further down, but no more than a mile or so. The neighbourhood the house is in, is quiet, and in a tucked away beautiful neighborhood. The code to get into the house was easy to use, and perfect, it eliminated holding onto keys and risk losing them! Everything in the house was awesome! The decor was so cool, and made the house feel like a home for the weekend. We loved that all of our guests were able to have their own bed (9 of us). The bathrooms were clean, and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a great add on! It smelled good and all of us used that instead of our own that we brought! The highlight of the house for us was the backyard! We spent most of our time there and it was so lush with the trees and plants, and provided privacy for us. The pool was clean, and we had a great time floating around! It was the perfect size, and temperature! Not freezing cold! Basically, I would recommend staying in the house to anyone! My whole group never wanted to leave! It's the perfect location! None of us had ever been to ft. Lauderdale before and fell in love with the city, and the house made it even better! Thank you so much for letting us stay! We hope to be back again for another girls weekend!

Outdoor Oasis!
My friends and I recently stayed at this property for four days and had a great time! The outdoor area was beautiful and great for a large group. The house was just as it was pictured. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We received the refund three days after our stay. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone going to Ft. Lauderdale with a group!

Neighborhood was fenomenal! House was also really nice. Everything we needed was there. I did notice there was some trash outside probably from the previous guests which makes me think it wasn't cleaned/sanitized properly so it kind of grossed me out a little. Everything was awesome though!
