Villa lujosa y completamente nueva en Fort Lauderdale. Situado en el agua y equipado con una piscina climatizada privada (agua salada). El patio trasero está en el oeste y completamente en el sol hasta el atardecer. Hay una nueva barbacoa disponible. El jardín frontal y posterior están iluminados por la noche con una hermosa iluminación. Una ubicación muy céntrica, la playa, Las Olas Boulevard, Wilton Drive, LA Fitness y el centro comercial Coral Ridge con varias tiendas y supermercados están a 5 minutos.

La casa tiene un hermoso aspecto lujoso y un acabado de muy alta calidad. El interior clásico moderno es de buen gusto y nuevo y está equipado con todas las comodidades. En esta villa experimentará una estancia maravillosa con familiares y / o amigos.

Hay tres televisores de pantalla plana grandes instalados con una suscripción Xfinity con una gran cantidad de canales de televisión. Estos televisores se pueden encontrar en el dormitorio principal, en la sala de estar y también se puede disfrutar de un televisor con los cómodos muebles de jardín de la piscina.

La villa está equipada con una amplia cocina, donde puedes cocinar durante tu estancia. También encontrará una gran cantidad de cristalería en la cocina y vasos de plástico para su uso en la piscina. La nevera / congelador está equipado con una fábrica de hielo.

Muchas toallas se pueden encontrar en los baños y en la lavandería. También hay toallas de baño muy cómodas gruesas típicas americanas para uso en la piscina disponible. Los baños están equipados con ducha y el dormitorio principal también está equipado con un cómodo baño con instalación de hidromasaje.

El dormitorio principal tiene una gran cama king-size y está equipado con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio en el agua tiene dos camas individuales que se unen. Todas las habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto.

Relaxing and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked more wash clothes for bathing but we purchased some and left them at the property so other renters would have use of them. The pool area was very nice but the mosquitoes and flying bugs were a nuisance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Contact with the host was easy, and she responded promptly. We enjoyed the various species of birds and lizards. We even caught a fish in the canal, which we threw back. The home looked as nice as the photos on the VRBO website. We wished that all 3 bedrooms had TVs. One bedroom did not. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again overall.

Lovely

The home was beautiful just as the pictures stated. We enjoyed the pool/river view. Lots of animals to watch as you sit outside enjoying the sunny day. The TV on the patio was a nice touch! Location was superb! Many local grocery stores and close to the Fort Lauderdale Beach where we rented bikes and rode for miles.

The house was amazing. Very relaxing and great view of the canal. Enjoyed watching the fish fly up into the air. The host was was very attentive. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the grill but would have been ideal. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Really didn’t like the artwork (a little scary. Easy access to house, shopping center, beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Negatives: Didn’t like the artwork. (Its a preference thing) Some of it was kind of scary. The fridge had a broken shelf/snack tray and the ice maker didn’t work. Lots of gnats, went through 3 citronella buckets. But it was all manageable. Mall problem with palmetto bugs or pantry bugs above the coffee maker cabinets. But not too bad. Overall we had a great time.

Vacation Stay for 3

We had a great experience at this location. The owner communicated with us and we got in with no issues. The property is exactly what is advertised. Everything was clean and fresh. We had a great vacation here and would definitely visit location again in the future. Pool was awesome. Went to beach one day, only 8 minutes away in traffic.

Great Home in Fort Lauderdale.

We just went down for a long weekend it turned out we didn't want to leave, we tried to stay, but unfortunately it was booked. WE had a little glitch getting in the first day, but Lisa was right on it. I texted her and within 5 minutes she texted back and we were in. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room comfortable. The backyard area though was outstanding. With the pool and canal in the back with comfortable places to sit and relax. Truly a great vacation, and I hope I get a chance to stay there again.

Great Week!

The location was close to stores and restaurants. The layout of the house was great for two couples. We had some issues with the tv and the pool upon arrival. Lisa did get it fixed but it took a few days. The saltwater pool was amazing and was at a perfect temperature. All in all we had a great week and would go back again.

The house itself is very nice. The pool is absolutely beautiful, That is where we spent most of our time. Centrally located to shopping and beach about a 15 minute drive. Would stay here again. Host very easy to communicate with!!!

Great property and professional owner

Upon arrival we had a slight issue. I contacted the owner and property manager and they handled it with the utmost professionalism. When we checked out of the home my husband forgot his wallet with a large amount of money inside and the property manager actually called me and notified us that he left his wallet. The honesty and professionalism is hands down exceptional.
