2024 girls trip

We had lots of room. Needing more utinsils for cooking . Needing garbage bags. Ron replied fast to messages and to my questions . Over all I rate it an 8

Disappointed

When we got there the place was filthy, dirty kitchen cupboard, filthy fridge, bathroom had not been cleaned. Master bedroom shower, water does not drain, therefore filthy water stays stagnent. New bedsheets had not been washed, yellow pillows. We were 6 people, they only had 2 cups, 4 glasses and a few forks and knives. Kitchen is not well equipped at all, we had to buy our own knives, wine glasses, oven pans. We finally got chairs for the patio, but no table provided. Pool is freezing and not well maintained. Our first night we refused to stay there due to the poor conditions of this place . We had to rent a hotel... which they refused to pay for. They finally got a cleaning crew to clean the place and they finally provided us dishes and cutlery. Manager and property owner are very hostile and difficult to deal with. ** beware, we found mice droppings in kitchen and bathrooms, we advised them to get an exterminator... which they refused. The house is for sale, so you will be getting visits from potential buyers. The house is situated in a very nice neighbourhood. We made it work, because I cleaned everything after their cleaning crew did a lousy job. At the price it costs to stay there... I can guarantee you I will never stay in that house ever again. Good luck

Nightmare, Avoid at all cost

This was the worst experience we ever had in a property of this kind, the owner doesn't seem to care about the property as it is dirtier than you could ever think, and all you see in the pictures is what the house looked like a while ago as the house is the complete opposite, it is empty with nothing to cook, no tv, no wifi, no pool utilities and nothing to live there while missing a bed. We rented for 6 people and there was not even enough bed with sheets for 6 or even plates. Then, the house was left in a way that is not imaginable, there was mud everywhere, bugs, spiders, name it there was every living creature with you. It is difficult to see how a property like that can be listed and if the owner thinks people may live there, it is inhumane. We got there by 9 pm and had to call Vrbo to get to a new location we only got there by 2:30 am and needed to find it on our own with a tight budget that was given to us by Vrbo. It was a very difficult day as we had driven 31 hours to get there and to see that nightmare was not a good experience now did not get any refund for the worst experience ever that we went through and now we have tried several times to reach for refunds and never got any news. Therefore, I would strongly suggest to avoid this location at all costs. Travel Safe.
