“This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.”

“We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer.
