We had a fantastic time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, had character, and enough space for 5 of us to have a great NYC visit. The historic charm combined with the convenient location made it especially enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. There were fires in Canada which made air quality not great, so we wanted to get a few workouts in at the gym in the building. That was a disappointment. 2 of the bikes were broken, the tread mill was wobbly and unsafe to walk or run on, some of the weight machines were broken. The water takes a long time to warm and doesn’t get super hot. For the location, this was a great spot.

Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.

It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.

Main door code provided was months old and didn’t work. No door code provided to us by host. Air con sounds like a jack hammer. Toilet blocked, shower blocked, basin blocked. No cleaning mid way though and it was a 12 night stay.

Wonderful suite with amazing location
