The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, and well kept, and your fur-baby is able to stay with you…but the Condo needs some TLC! There was trash left from the previous guest, instead of replacing broken blinds, electrical tape was used to just repair! The lampshade, and the shower curtain had stains all over them, they looked like they came from a flood damage thrift shop! Tiny tv, my dressing room has a bigger tv! If you have any kids that like to play on their iPad in the evening, forget it, there is no Wi-Fi. Whomever owns this condo likes to collect funds, but doesn’t like to put it into their investment! Security guard was nice, but taking pictures of the units at night is creepy, surely there is a better way to monitor the guest that are not shutting their blinds at night. I have been to other condos and the pool closed at 10, not 8pm, the pool should be open till 9, it’s still light out and very warm. Ester and the grounds keeper are absolutely wonderful, both were very sweet, and pleasant to talk to! I would stay at the complex again, but not the unit I stayed in.

We loved the location, access to the beach was great, the amenities were everything we wanted - except perhaps a hot tub. The unit was clean and orderly, although showing some wear and in need of a few updates. We had a cool windy day that revealed the poor quality and leakiness of the sliding door. The vertical blinds are a ‘must replace’ because of their poor condition, and generally bad selection for a rental property of this sort. We have since looked at other rental units in the same complex for next year - this one’s condition appears to be comparatively below average condition. Nonetheless, the unit was clean, an excellent location for all we wanted to do, and very affordable during prime season. We will definitely consider it again.

we loved this unit and had a wonderful vacation. We were so happy that our little dog was able to stay with us. (she loved the dog beach a few miles down the road) Wi fi was the only issue and the office was able to assist us with options. Thank you for a great week! Jo Ann and Walter

The location and amenities are very nice. I wish the AC was better. It never really got cool. We had to go buy a fan because it was too hot. Also, the property is not very family friendly. The pool rules are not friendly to children.

Having never been to fort Myers, I was happy to see that this location was on the “better side” of the island. The opposite side was full of spring breakers but this location is in a nice quieter area. The only compliant I have is that there are old stains on the bed comforter, shams and the mattress protector and the room smelled a little musty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay, close to the beach and pool. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The shower should be redone. Especially the shower head, the pressure is very hard and no way to adjust.

The Good: NIce unit. Close to Santini Plaza with plenty of dinner options within walking distance. The Not So Good: Close to pool and poorly insulated walls, so some noise even with windows closed. AC unit could not be set below 74 degrees and no fans available to cool the unit alternatively or to supplement AC.

Nice, could have been better stocked with general items, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Also no Wifi, will not be able to stay there again without wifi

We loved this property. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It was clean, great location, easy to book and check in. They had a nice heated pool and beautiful view of the ocean. We saw awesome sunsets every night from our balcony! We will come back to this property.

Fun location, close to restaurants can walk across the street, nice view above pool and beach, good value for price will come back again
