•30-night minimum stay
•Rental application required: $150 application fee + $50 background check per applicant (payable in advance)- Please allow 7–10 days for HOA approval prior to your check-in date.
•Golf membership transfer fee $100 (payable in advance), $100 refundable deposit (payable at the Country Club)
•Maximum of 4 guests
•No pets (per HOA rules)
•No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises

Please note that a $180 (plus applicable taxes) deep cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations of 60 days or longer and will be charged prior to check-out.
