We very much enjoyed our stay. There was an initial miscommunication with check in that were easily resolved. I found Bridget to be extremely accommodating was VERY responsive each time to reached out to her with questions or a need. Everything felt clean, freshly painted and pretty new. The kitchen, bathrooms, family room, and bedding were very comfortable. The Lani furniture (currently just a metal garden table and chairs) could be more comfortable, but it didn't stop me from sitting out there for hours to do school work. I suggested a few furniture adjustments for the bedroom to make storage of clothing and night tables more practical and she says she implemented those changes. If you are looking for a quiet mostly adult setting in a neighborhood this is great! There were very few children at the pool while I was there.... mostly adults sun bathing. It was fun to walk the golfers hit their balls into the water feature all day every day from the Lani! The pool was heated to at least 80 degrees which was wonderful. It was quiet, I heard absolutely no sound coming from any of the surrounding walls or floors connecting the condos. I would definitely rent this condo again!
