The private office offers a dedicated home office setup for guests who need to stay connected, complete with a desk, high-speed WiFi. The pull-out sofa bed has additional sleeping for extra guests. This property also offers elevator access from both the front door and garage entrances, making it easy to bring luggage or groceries up to the second floor.

Rates & Policies
- This condo association requires a 30-day minimum stay.
- Guests will need to complete an HOA application prior to arrival.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- One garage spot is available for guest vehicles, along with a two-car-wide driveway.
