HARBOUR TOWER 316 offers beautiful Gulf views from the 3rd floor screened-in, balcony of this Sanibel Harbour, Florida vacation rental. With a palate of neutral, cranberry, dark yellow and green tones this vacation rental offers a simple yet enjoyable vacation rental experience. The outdoor views can't be beat, overlooking the sparkling waters of the San Carlos Bay as they flow to the Gulf of Mexico; keep your eye out for the dolphins as they play. Manatee can also be seen from your balcony. Our condos come with fully equipped Kitchens to make cooking your meals easy. There is an TV in the living room, and both bedrooms, along with WIFI throughout. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while taking in the beautiful sunset! You'll find a King bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate soaking tub in the master bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 people.

Neighborhood: Enjoy a meal at one of the Marriott Restaurants while staying in the Harbour Tower. A coffee shop in the lobby, or the Steakhouse near the Spa might suit your fancy. There is also a walking trail to explore if you wish to walk outdoors.

Getting Around: We suggest having a car if you plan to spend a number of days enjoying the area beaches and shops. If only here for a short visit, a car is not needed with the restaurants next door to explore.

Do you have bicycles to use?
~There are not bicycles on property to use, however, we recommend heading to Sanibel Island to bike the miles of bike paths and rent a bike for the day.
Is there an ironing board/ iron in the condo?
~Yes, we provide an ironing board and an iron for your use during your visit.
Are there lounge chairs to rent?
~Lounge chairs are provided by the building on the private beach and the pool deck. If you wish to set up an umbrella you may, as those are not provided.
