“Unfortunately our visit to this property was not what we expected due to other renters on the property who were irresponsible with their partying. We were scheduled for a two night stay, but the first night the sheriff had to be called out several times to break up a large gathering and to remove unwanted people from the property. This was all reported to the management company in detail. The property itself had one set of broken blinds and a broken closet door - both reported to the management...

“The home was clean and comfortable. To our surprise a pool had been installed! Lovely backyard pool and lounging area. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The home had all the things we needed to feel at home. Only complaint was the door keypad, it was not exactly easy to use, especially when the sun was shining on it. At one point the screen had glitched and the numbers were not showing, we had to call the property manager, who promptly answered her phone and directed us to a key to...

“Overall the stay was decent. The biggest pro was it's proximity to everything we needed oh and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! There were some nice cool appliances as well especially in the bathroom. The cons however was that some parts of the place didn't match the picture, I'd suggest to remodel & replace some areas for future purposes. But it was an affordable stay and the host was attentive and quick to respond when we had an issue so that outweighs that con. Our stay was good. ”

“We had a lovely time on our short beach vacation!House was well suited for our family and very comfortable. Not a crazy fancy place, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. The pool was fun to swim in and it was short walk to the beach. Lots of great amenities were provided (games, beach equipment and wagon, bikes, etc). Great being such a short walk to the beach. We saw manatees a short drive away and enjoyed some fishing. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Did not live up to the description in the listing. The check in and check out times 4:00 and 10:00. We arrived in area an hour early and would’ve had to pay $50 + tax for the extra time. The exterior wasn’t shown in the listing and understandable. I will add pictures if I can of the rundown condition and filth. The floor made our socks black from filth. In no way was there an “ocean breeze” to enjoy. The “private beach access” was past the dumpster, down the street and through thick...
