“This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. “I booked my 1 bedroom not so cozy apt for on Saturday for Wednesday 4:00 -Friday 11, on the day of my trip I arrive at this area I’ve never been in before at 4 I texted my host for the code to the door she didn’t text me back so I called and she kept ignoring me I called an agent and documented everything via video. After almost an hour of waiting later she texted me that I have to wait two extra hours until I can enter the home because it’s not ready ”
