  • Ocean front home with open concept. Walk to your favorite restaurant or sports bar. Enjoy the beach right outside the door. Very quiet beach with few people most of the time. Enjoy the ocean views while standing in the master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. Listen to the ocean waves as you sleep or relax in the kitchen, dinning and living room. Our stay at this beach house was excellent. The beach view from the house was beautiful with amazing sunrise views. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with all supplies needed along with beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach use. The house was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants are nearby with nice ocean views. We had a wonderful family vacation and great response from the host. We will definitely return to this beach house!

The host/hostess was very helpful and attentive to anything that we needed and response was always quick the place was amazing excellent to get away wish I could stay longer will definitely book again

The house was nice and clean and everything as advertised. The view is great, the location is as well. The only issue is the beach has erosion issues from winter storms. Its a tall drop off to the beach and almost impossible to get to unless you can climb. We went to the public beach a few minutes drive away. I would stay here again.

Perfect beach spot

Easy access to the beach and perfect size for our family. Quiet beach with a small town and just enough to do to entertain our family. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location! House was clean and had good supplies. Only recommendation when staying for summer is big spray… between you and the beach is some mosquitoes! Would totally stay there again!!

GREAT BEACH LOCATION

LOVELY HOUSE ON BEACH. GREAT LOCATION TO BOTH OCEAN, INDIAN RIVER & FORT PIERCE INLET FOR FISHING. 10 MINS WALK FORM MANY NICE RESTAURANTS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY & LOCATION.

We had an amazing Anniversary weekend. The house was clean and very open. The windows facing the ocean were the highlight of our experience. Everything you need is available in the house. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Carolina was so helpful. I absolutely love the BEACHFRONT house wow. Perfect for two couples. Kitchen, bbq, pot and pans, balcony, large backyard. Private beach. Cannot get any better. I’m looking forward to staying there again. In the morning we saw a lot different lizards and one snake. Just amazing

Beach Getaway

The house is amazing! Steps to the beach. The views are beautiful and the house is very well equip. We have family in the area and visit often and this house is by far the best rental we have had. Super easy check in and out process and great communication with the owner. I hope we get to stay there again!

The Perfect Stay

We came for baseball tournament and mini vacation. We could not have chose a better place. The best VRBO we have ever stayed. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Caroline.

Exceptional

I give a 10/10. The place was immaculate and beautiful. The host went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The view of the ocean is from every room in the home and the place is very quiet and serene. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends.

The home and the furnishings were in very poor condition. The house has not been well maintained. There were no dressers in the bedrooms and we had to buy a few chairs to sit on the deck. The beach chairs were useless. We would not come back to that property and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Location Rental

Excellent location. Everything else is a matter of personal opinion. I recommend removing the rugs, replacing the furniture, and hiring a new cleaning company.

So much potential lost in this ill cared for house. Lamp shades in bedroom torn, sink in bathroom had toothpaste spit in it, whole place needs a coat of paint . Cold and uninviting . Walls had dirt on them in places. Outdated except for kitchen .Only thing saving it was ocean view !

College reunion with friends

Can't beat walking right out to the beach! Easy to find and near many restaurants and shops. Spacious floor plan. Furniture in good shape tho older. Swivel chair needs a good cleaning - especially on the arm area. Interior clean. Kitchen was better stocked than most. Would be helpful to have a few larger serving size bowls for meals. Exterior of windows need cleaning (I do understand it is hard to keep clean on a beach with high winds.) Overall - very pleased and enjoyed our stay.

BLACK MOLD ISSUE

Do not stay here. Black mold present in the home. Host does not want to resolve the issue with the mold nor with the guests. Wish I can submit a photo. I am opening a case with VRBO to get a refund as well as remove this home from VRBO. Cannot believe they allow people to reside there with black mold…

Disappointed/Disgusting

The Carpet in the bedrooms is disgusting with stains throughout. The furniture was not palatable, we had to go buy blankets to cover the couches before we could consider sitting on them. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean except for the oven which was very dirty. The yard is not kept, not irrigated and is a sandy mess. Impossible not to drag dirt into this house. But, the location is excellent and the beach beautiful. No chance I’d stay there again unless this place is updated and remodeled.
