We had a great stay and I would stay here again. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the bed/bath worked well for us. This is an end unit, so keep in mind that the distance to the main lobby/pool/beach access is quite far. If you have someone will mobility issues this wouldn't likely be the best location within the building. However, the building itself was nice, pools were great, etc.
I do however have a list of things that should be addressed by management and I can't find another place to put this feedback.
-Our parking passes were not provided as the check-in information stated and it took a long time to talk to a person and get the passes. I talked to multiple customer service reps and the all seemed to think I was overlooking the passes or trying to scam them out of more passes or something.
-The oven takes a very, very long time to heat up. Possibly something wrong with it?
-We needed a couple additional items in the kitchen to really have a fully functioning kitchen: a corkscrew, a 9x13 pan, and more forks. There were tons of other utensils but not many forks.
-The dryer needs replaced. We had five beach towels that took hours to dry. Lots of laundry was done since there were 9 of us total, and the dryer was constantly having to be reset.
-Speaking of the dryer, there are birds nesting above the access panel on the ceiling above the dryer. You can hear them chirping and flapping their wings.
-The pocket door from the twin bed room the bathroom is clearly hitting a nail sliding in and out of the pocket. And the lock on the pocket door does not work.
-The bathroom shared between the king bedroom and twin bedroom needs an exhaust fan near the shower space. The water closet door also squeaks very loud.
