I was kind of unhappy from the start because when we arrived the condo didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was food still in the sink, objects and debris on the kitchen floor and heavy dust in certain areas. I took pictures of everything and I can send to you if needed. So my issue is, how can a place be sanitized from the prior use when a basic clean was not done.
The other issue I have was that the A/C went out prior to arrival. I think it's something house keeping should of noticed if they were cleaning, or if an earlier check in would have been allowed the A/C could have been fixed the same day. Instead, we were given another condo (2E) for a couple days. We had to move all our stuff including groceries into a new condo, and then move one more time once the A/C got fixed. We were told we had to check out of 2E because someone else was checking in on Thursday. With the condo (4E) being an updated condo, you would think the thermostat would be updated too. The thermostat appeared to be the original one from the 80's.
The condo we were moved to (2E) was not something i would have picked, and definitely not worth the price i paid. I spent 3 weeks searching AirBnB and VRBO to find the right condo, only to have stayed in there 1 night.
Also the (2E) condo that we were moved to, didn't have the washer/dryer which is something we needed when I booked the original place (4E).
I expected much more. Instead, the whole process was an inconvenience, and was not given any type of refund for downgrading into another condo.
