It was only my husband and I who stayed, but it would be perfect for a large family. The common area is on the 2nd floor and includes the living room, full kitchen, dining room, half bath, and laundry. The bedrooms and additional full baths are on the 3rd level. “The house is nice but the kitchen is very small. We didn’t mind because we went out for all meals but breakfast. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet. We only had a chance to walk to the river area one day due to the extreme heat we encountered that week. But it was such a great location had we been able to use your bikes or walk like we planned. Love the area and would definitely visit again.”

“The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down...

“Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. “The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. ”
