The owner, Jeffrey, was absolutely a joy to work with and got right back to us every time we needed him (even at 1am when we locked ourselves out of the house). I really cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Oh, don't bother bringing bottled water because the water from the tap is from an artesian well and that is all we drank the entire time!! “This was our second stay at seagulls nest and it was even better than the first time. As usual it was super clean and so accommodating. The inside and outside of this adorable house was perfect. The yard and the decor inside was so cozy and comfortable. John and Lynn were so kind and attentive and quick to respond. We will be returning again hopefully before the year is over.”
