Things that could make a wonderful VRBO property even better: - having a laminated copy of wifi name/password and cleaning/leave instructions available. All of this info was provided, but it has been my experience many people leave this in the house as well. - a corkscrew & bottle opener (luckily had my own) - recommendations for restaurants and/or places to buy food/liquor would be helpful too!”

“Nice quiet and Homey The host was very tentative to our needs The only problem was you cannot flush paper in the downstairs bathroom and you need to climb the stairs at night if you need to use the toilet Overall we had a great time”

“We came for a graduation. All of our kids came. The house was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. A great layout to be together but separation when it was needed. The drive to the house was beautiful, as was the setting of trees. Could nit have been any better!”

“I rented the Sandhill Cottage with my husband, parents, aunt, and cousin as we visited Kentucky for the first time while taking a legacy trip. During this short trip, we were able to see where my Great, Great, Great, Great, Great Grandparents lived when they settled in Kentucky in the late 1700's and learned about my family heritage. We were even able to visit their gravesites and see the former home which still stands. While we didn't spend much time at Sandhill due to the amount of traveling...

“The proper manager was quick to respond, courteous, & friendly. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It was very spacious and decorated adorably. The game room was a major crowd pleaser. We spent a lot of time in there (unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there). We all loved the cabin and would consider staying again. The minuses are that it’s not soundproof. You could hear everyone moving around from the bottom floor to the third floor which makes trying to go to sleep a little...
