Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, large terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, patio, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
