Little Gray Cottage Secluded

  • Charming cottage tucked into the edge of the woods with easy access to state paved road. This is all you'll need for a quick trip or weekend to the mountains.

    The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker. If you're serious about cooking there's a full propane grill on the screened porch overlooking the stream. No oven in home.

    Perfect for two for a weekend get-a-way. Not good for kids or longer stays. A week works or less for us.

This is the cutest cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch listening to the creek. The house was immaculate and communication with the host was clear and prompt. We had a very enjoyable and restful stay. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Loved this Rental

It was very clean. The creek was great. I was out every morning drinking my coffee. Great location, we loved the small town of Franklin. Loved the shopping and restaurants.

The cabin was very nice and the little creek in the backyard is great.The only problem we had was that Vrbo did not give us the correct phone number for the owner and it made checkin difficult. On the day we were leaving to come there we could not communicate with the owner to assure we were good to come. Made for an anxious day.

Charming and relaxing

My husband and I had a relaxing and refreshing stay at the little gray cottage! The stream was peaceful and the location was quiet, yet located close enough to amenities like the grocery store for convenience. April was a very helpful host! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for relaxation

I stayed here for two nights, and they were the two most peaceful nights I've had in ages. The bed is lovely. The creek makes a lovely sound. I enjoyed it immensely.

1st Year Anniversary

My son and his wife stayed the weekend here to celebrate their anniversary and loved it. The house is super cute and the babbling brook out back is awesome. Close proximity to Highlands and Frankin. Would definately recommend.

We really enjoyed the cottage and the privacy and the creek behind the house

Enjoyed the house and it was perfect for two. The back door would not open and the owner was very helpful but was not able to get anyone out on s weekend to fix it. Overall it is a great place to stay
