“Clean and perfect size”

“I was disappointed by the condition of the home. Lights in kitchen did not work, door to main bedroom couldn’t close, had trouble with ceiling fans. Beds were comfortable and ac worked well. If going for old time farmhouse experience you got it. There is no microwave or coffee pot. Overall we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.”

“Loved our stay here! The cottage had everything we needed and is a great location in Folsom. Owner was wonderful- great communication, helpful, and accommodating to add an extra night after initial booking. We’ll definitely rebook the next time we’re in the area.”

“Beautiful house and beautiful property!! Quiet and secluded. Perfect place to find some relaxation. The owner's go above and beyond making sure you have all the necessities and more! Definitely the most thoughtful owners!”

“No problems and was nice”

“Very roomy, bathrooms could have been cleaner. Kitchen cookware very used, microwave area somewhat dirty. Other wise nice place lots of room for our multi family”

“The property was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the river in the afternoons and on the porch in the mornings. We even had a visit from a fawn our first morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep...

“The home was very clean and well maintained, and the décor was tasteful and inviting. It was clear that the hosts put effort into making the space look nice. However, the amenities were fairly limited and didn’t fully meet our expectations. The layout of the home also wasn’t very practical, making it less comfortable than we had hoped. In addition, the ventilation could be improved, as some areas felt stuffy and lacked good airflow.Overall, it was a clean and nicely decorated place to stay, but a...

“We absolutely loved the glass house! It is very beautiful and clean and has great views!”

“This was our first vacation with our 8 year old and 4 year old. Our 4 year old said ‘it was the best place she’s ever been. It was from another planet!’ 10 outta 10! Our 8 year old has since begged us to build a house just like it because he wants an upstairs play room. My husband and I feel in love with this place. It’s cozy, private, and personable. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation with just you and your family.”

“House was just enough for what we needed it for. We would love to stay again for these Hammond travel ball tournaments! Host responded fast to messages !”

“Everyone in the family was comfortable and the house was lovely”

“Great coms, clean and open, up to date.”

“Says sleeps 16. We were able to do this however that is with utilizing the two futons which are very hard and uncomfortable, and two on the sofa. And we had to pull bedding off of beds to have enough bedding. We were told a washer would be available but it was not where we were told it had been moved into cabin but was not hooked up. Otherwise nice cabin. Beautiful location.”

“Excellent stay! Very responsive host. Clean. Would book again!”

“The grands enjoyed swimming every day. Kayaks were fun to watch wildlife in the bayou. ”
