Please note: The second sleeping area is an open loft, not a separate enclosed bedroom. For listing purposes, Bedroom 2 refers to the loft area.
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.

Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.

Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stays. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.
