This place was lovely. It was out of town and a distance from anything which is nice for relaxing but not super convenient if you want to explore the city. We knew this going in and opted to stay outside the city for the peace and quiet. The grounds were maintained well but the gravel road in needed some attention. If you are driving a smaller car, please be cautious. The animals we encountered were amazing. The barn cats that live on the property were friendly and lovely. The ZZ Top game room was a great bonus although there were no drinks available as indicated in the listing. There were a few things that weren’t as described. Hot tub was just a warm tub. Temp wouldn’t go above 99 and more jets didn’t work than did. There was no door for the bathroom and the Keurig didn’t work properly. The management team was quick to respond and did come install a curtain for the bathroom and offered to replace the keurig. Their response was quick and appreciated. They were in contact with us throughout our stay and very helpful.

My wife and I had an amazing stay! The check-in process was easy. The property was beautiful and clean. It was nice being in a scenic location while also being only a few miles from the Main Street. Would definitely recommend checking it out! 10/10.

Relaxing

Quiet and secluded getaway which is what we were looking for. Home had everything we needed and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only issue we had was the 30ft windmill squeaked ridiculously loud all night one night that wind came through all night. The other nights were quiet. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Short Christmas Getaway

Beautiful property and super clean. We enjoyed our stay here for Christmas . Fredericksburg was right around the corner. We loved the huge tub and shower and hanging out on the porch. Thank y'all for the stay!

Close enough to town but far enough to relax

This cozy l cabin was the perfect retreat for our getaway . It was close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit, but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful. Beautiful property, remote location close to Main

This place is adorable and has all you need including a hot tub and fire table to watch a gorgeous sunset in the peace of hill country. I highly recommend this location and the owner was very communicative and addressed a small issue immediately. The accommodations were upgraded and gorgeous. Don’t miss out!

Great Get Away

We did not have any problems finding the property and it was beautiful, the friendly cats wanting food each morning started my day with a smile. Very nice place privet and very clean, had everything you might need for two people to stay. the donkeys were so cute and we got to see several baby goats that were wonderful. we will defiantly be back, the only problem we had was the road to get to the house was in poor condition, really needed our truck and not the car we came in, lots of pot hole dodging.

Charming and close to downtown!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It's close to many amazing restaurants, and the wineries are super easy to get to. We had a little bit of confusion initially finding the exact place-- make sure to read the email closely when it comes to directions! There are some cats on property that roam and are super friendly and adorable. Honestly, the best part of this VRBO was the bathroom. It is BEAUTIFUL.

Quiet and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was everything we hoped it would be. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The game room was a fun bonus! We enjoyed playing a couple of games of pool every evening. This was one of our best VRBO stays so far!

Great little getaway!

We really enjoyed stay here. The porch was great after a day on Main Street! We never made it down to hang out with the donkeys but we did enjoy the afternoon visits from the super friendly orange kitty! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute property. Enjoyed the hot tub, walking the trail & the game room. Needs better cleaning services as the bedding was dirty. This was resolved on the third day of our stay. Darts are broken & jukebox doesn’t work which was a bummer since the game room is a great idea for the property. Lots of animals to see on the way in & out.

Honeymoon Getaway

Enjoyed the accommodations and the weather. The staff kept their supplies in the back of our cabin and surprised us once while we were in the hot tub. I wish there was a closet to hang our clothes. Overall it was a pleasurable experience. We want to come back.

What a perfect location! We were looking for something quiet and secluded but still close to town. The bathroom was absolutely amazing and the overall decoration was gorgeous! The property is beautiful!

The place was nice, and about 3 miles from town so quite convenient. Well stocked, even has a complementary bottle of wine! Our only complaint was there looks to be some mold in several areas of the bathroom.
